Pamphlet 5036 KC Daniel 15-1
Remember
there will be Baby Boomers who will see
the
culmination of the events of this flesh age
and
the return of Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ told us if we wanted knowledge and wisdom concerning the abomination of desolation who shall come and stand in the holy place claiming to be God, then we are to go to the book of Daniel and read it with understanding.
As you should well know by now, the name Dan-i-el means "God is Judge" or "God is my Judge" and the time is soon coming when Yashua Messiah shall return to this earth at the sound of the 7th Trump and execute His righteous judgment and mete out just recompense in the Valley of Jehoshaphat (Yahveh judges).
First however, at the sound of the 6th Trump He shall send the false messiah and his angels (Rev. 12:7-9), who is none other than Satan and his angelic locust army, to have reign and dominion over the whole earth for the five month period spoken of in Revelation 9:5.
At that time, Satan as the Instead-of-Jesus (anti-christos) shall have the same worldwide power structure (Rev. 13:1) that he had in the first earth age (Rev. 12:3), the age which Peter calls "the world that then was" (2 Pet. 3:6), the age when Satan used the Four Hidden Dynasties of politics, education, economics and religion to bring about a New World Order in defiance of the truth and justice that flowed from the mercy seat of God.
Well, there is nothing new under the sun, meaning there is nothing new in this present earth age, and now here in chapter seven Daniel is going to have a dream and visions concerning the New World Order at the end of this age, the Beast of Revelation 13:1, from its rise to its fall, as in all the way through to "the end of the matter (Dan. 7:28)" when the saints of the Most High take and possess the kingdom.
We shall discover in the first verse of this chapter that this dream and its visions is only an outline, a summary, "the sum of the matters (Rev. 7:1)", which Daniel will tell us but he will have no understanding until the appointed time when an angel comes and interprets it.
That certainly makes it easy for us because we don't have to become involved in any guesswork... which usually has an accuracy factor approaching absolute zero.
It is also important in these next several chapters that we take heed to the time and location of the visions that Daniel will see, beginning with the vision in this seventh chapter which occurs three years before the end of chapter five.
You may recall that was about 426 B.C. when Daniel was eighty-seven and Belshazzar, O Prince of Bel, the last king of Babylon, held his drunken religious feast in the great banquet hall with all of his lords and wives and concubines.
It was at that feast that Belshazzar met his fate at the execution of God's judgment which He had written by the hand of His messenger on the wall of Belshazzar's palace over against the candlestick for all to see.
So we are now going back a few years to 429 B.C., to the first year of the reign of Belshazzar, the last king of Babylon, and Daniel is about eighty-four years old.
We are also still in the Chaldean language, the language of the captivity, and shall remain so until chapter eight at which time will we note the reason for the change back to pure Hebrew.
Here are the times of the visions and revelations in chapters seven through ten:
Daniel 7= Daniel has a vision in the 1st year of king Belshazzar (429 B.C.).
Daniel 8 = Daniel has a vision in the third year of king Belshazzar (426 B.C.).
Daniel 9 = Daniel understood by books in the 1st year of king Cyrus’ reign (426 B.C.).
Daniel 10 = Daniel given understanding of a vision in the 3rd year of king Cyrus’ reign (424 B.C., the latest date given in Daniel)
The fact that we are going back three years chronologically in chapter seven is important for several reasons.
You see, the way Daniel, who was a type of God's elect in these last days, was given understanding was that first he saw the vision, which is to see what came to pass.
Then an angel appeared and revealed the understanding of what he saw.
That is how it works for us too.
First we are given the prophecy of what shall be in the latter days along with historical types to give us overlays and a picture for our understanding.
Then, knowing what shall come to pass in type, we watch and observe by looking at the events that have transpired and are transpiring in our generation to "see" what has come to pass or what is coming to pass.
Jesus Christ told us that is how we shall know we are drawing close to the birth of a new age.
To wit, He told us in Matthew 24:33 and in Mark 13:29, "So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass", that is all those things He foretold us of concerning the events of this final generation of the fig tree, then "know that it is near, even at the doors", i.e. know that the return of Yashua Messiah is even at the doors.
He went on to say "Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done (Mark 13:30)".
He also told us how to know what "generation" He was talking about by instructing us to learn the Parable of the Fig Tree.
I
beg you,
please
log unto the links below for a complete
study
of the "Parable of the Fig Tree".
Jesus
said, "Learn it!"
For it would be that generation that "shall not pass away till all these things be fulfilled".
That generation began on May 15, 1948, which coincides with the generation known as the "Baby Boomers".
In other words, there will be Baby Boomers who will see the culmination of the events of this flesh age and the return of Jesus Christ.
He also stated that "He has foretold us all things", which is all the things that shall come to pass in the final generation of the fig tree.
And so He has for they are all written in His Word... in the law and the prophets, in the gospels, and in the epistles.
Indeed He is so good to us!
Let us also remember that the Book of Daniel was written specifically for the last days.
Daniel's words were to be sealed up and the book was to be closed until the final generation when the wise would understand (Dan. 12:9-10).
The wise are those servants who study and rightly divide their Father's word, who understand His overall plan, and who do as He commands.
They watch, as a watchman watches, while at the same time giving prayer and supplication for all saints, those with eyes to see and those without.
They steadfastly continue to labor in the vineyard and produce fruit for the Householder who sent them and gave them their commission
Jesus said, "the book of Daniel was where one could go read and gain understanding"
Jesus Christ told us in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 when He sat upon the Mount of Olives and gave His disciples the seven seals concerning the knowledge and the events that would transpire during the final generation of the fig tree, that the book of Daniel was where one could go read and gain understanding concerning the abomination of desolation, that abominable desolator (antichrist) who would come stand in the holy place claiming to be God.To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits;
to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy
Spirit, you accomplish both.
