Caution to students of God's Word - Please remember two things when using our studies: #1. Our commentary is not God's Word. It is only our interpretation or understanding of "His Word" and even though we try our best to be accurate we may or may not be correct. #2. The King James translation, or any other translation, of the original Hebrew text has some words which were given different translations at different places probably because of the interpreters preconceived ideas of what they think God meant to say. For example: According to the notes in the "Dake's Annotated Reference Bible" the Hebrew word hayah in the KJV is Trans. (became) 67 times, (becamest or came to pass) 505 times, (become) 66 times, and (come to pass) 131 times, but for some reason in Genesis 1:2 it is translated (was)! That sure changes the way a person perceives the original creation of the earth, doesn't it?  Gen. 1:2 And the earth was (became) without form, ... Having said that, let us continue with our "Key Knowledge" lessons. These are pamphlets containing knowledge, we believe, you must have to fully and accurately unlock and understand the Word of God.

The 

Epistle of Jude

"Retribution, Three Classes, the Israelites, the Fallen Angels, Sodomites."

This short book of Jude was written by "Judas, a servant of Jesus Christ, a brother of James" as we read in Jude 1. This is all we know about Him, except what is written of Him in Matthew 13:55, and Mark 6:3. 

The synagogue that Jesus' family is attending expressed their lack of knowledge of who Jesus is, however they did know Joseph, and Mary and the rest of Jesus family"

Matthew 13:54 "And when He was come into His own country, He taught them in their synagogue insomuch that they were astonished, and said, "Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?"

Matthew 13:55 "Is not this the carpenter's son? is not His mother called Mary? and His brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?"

Jesus had four brothers, James, Joses, Simon, and Judas, the writer of this book of Jude.
Jesus also had sisters, because of the wording in Mark 6:3; "Is not This the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Judas, and Simon? and are not His sisters here with us?"

Jude 1 "Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:"

Those that are called are "the elect" of God, they are the ones that are called by God to do a service for Him. "Sanctified" in the Greek in Strong's Greek dictionary #37 is; "Hagiazo, hag-ee-ad'-zo, to make holy, i.e. purify and consecrate, mentally to venerate." God's elect are made holy, purified, consecrated, and preserved in Jesus Christ, by the blood of Jesus on the cross.

Jude 2 "Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied."

You are preserved in Christ because He gives you eternal life, and grace and peace come from that path.

Jude 3 "Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints."

Judas is saying that he very prayerfully and carefully sought to write to you about common salvation. This is the very first sip of milk that is taken by the new born Christian in his or her study of the Word. This is what is most often taught, and unfortunately most pastors don't get beyond the these spiritual milk bottles.

Judas is saying that he wanted to write to you about more then just plain salvation. It is important that all new Christians know the very basics of what their salvation is, and he is treating them very tenderly. The purpose is to help us in defending our faith in Jesus Christ, and Judas is going to give us information that had been given before by Jesus, when He was teaching and walking among the brethren. That included the warning and exhortations to make the Christian be aware of what was going on around him or her in this earth age. The reason for this is now given.

Jude 4 "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ."

They were "before of old ordained to condemnation", that means they committed to their ways even back in the first earth age. They came from that first earth age, and they entered the world age of the flesh to change the very words of Christ. The Word of God is eternal, unchanging from age to age, and these "certain men" that crept in unawares, are the fallen angels.

This is addressing followers of Satan from the first earth age, i.e. some of are own brothers who have already come to earth in this earth age with out waiting their turn [as God declared the must do] on a mission for Satan to disrupt the order of events which are and will come to pass according to the Word of God. These men are the "Sons of God" that we read of in Genesis 6, that came to earth to take in marriage the daughters of Adamic men.

Genesis 6:1 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,"

Genesis 6:2 "That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose."

The men that were multiplying were Adamic men in the flesh. The "sons of God" that came down to earth and married these daughters were the fallen angels of Satan. When they took the daughters of Adam, their intent was to pervert the plan of God to have His son born, as It was promised would happen, through a pure blooded descendant of the woman, Eve by contaminating hers and Adam's bloodline. The Messiah would come to smash the head of the serpent, who is Satan thuough a descendant of pureblooded Adamite.

Genesis 3:15 "And I [God] will put enmity between thee [Satan] and the woman [Eve], and between thy seed [the Kenites] and her seed [Jesus Christ]; It [Jesus Christ] shall bruise thy [Satan's] head, and thou [Satan] shalt bruise His [Christ's] heel."

This is the first promise that God made, after Eve sinned and brought Adam into the sin act also. It is the promise from God that Satan would be defeated at the cross of Christ. Eve's seed is our Lord Jesus Christ, while Satan's seed are the children, even to the last generation, that came from that sexual union between Eve and Satan, who is called the serpent after the role of deceiver that he played. Satan is called both the "serpent" and "the tree of good and evil", and God is telling us that He will put trouble between Eve's children [through Adam and Seth] and the children of Cain, the son of Satan through this sexual union between Eve and Satan.

There can be no doubt that the seed mentioned here are children, for in the Hebrew text the "seed" is called "zirmah", and the Greek is "sperma". In the English "zirmah" is called "sperm". The Strong's Hebrew Dictionary #2233 "posterity, carnally, child fruitful". We are talking about the birth of babies that grow into mature adults. Yet to defend their false doctrine, many [including Christian churches] try to spiritualize away what happened in the "garden of Eden" between two men and a woman. They create fairy-tales about apples to hide the true meaning of God's holy Word. No wonder the Christian community is so biblically illiterate when the refuse teach the truth.

The two men were Satan and Adam, and the woman was Eve. From this orgy came Cain, the son of Satan, and Abel, the son of Adam [paternal twins]. Cain murdered Abel and became the first murderer, and thus the Adam blood line was not through Abel but through Seth. Abel had no children. The other races did not come through Seth, but were created years prior to Adam, as recorded in Genesis 1:27-29, they were the sixth day creation, and therefore; not through Adam and Eve, who were created on the eighth day [which is recorded in Genesis 2:7-3:24],  The promised Messiah would come from the man, Adam, and his wife Eve through a virgin descendant; who was to be perfect in her generations.[not mixed with any other blood line]

The eighth day women were under attack because it would be through Adamic woman that Jesus Christ the Messiah would come, and that is why not only Satan, but his fallen angels would also continue to attack them. This is why the saying, "Eve the mother of all living" in Genesis 3:20. Through Eve came Christ in a future generation, and if you do not have Christ, you do not have spiritual life, which can only come through Him.

These fallen angels, which are the men that crept in unawares, are perverts even from the first earth age [the world age that then was], and because they followed Satan, God sentenced them to death along with Satan after the millennium. All of these fallen angels will be coming back very shortly when Michael casts Satan out upon the earth for the great tribulation, also called the great deception. These fallen angels are spoken of in Revelations 11:13, when seven thousand of them will be killed in the streets of Jerusalem when the seventh trumpet is sounded and Christ returns.

God is fair in all things, but these angels received condemnation because they would not listen to God's instructions, and they still follow Satan and are trying to make void the Word of God. They are our brothers from the first earth age, who left their first estate. Did not wait their turn to come to earth and be born of water, like God commanded. We are not speaking of evil spirits here, but actual angels, "nephilim" fallen angels.

Jude 5 "I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the People out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not."

Jude is telling us that he wants to write and warn us about all this cotton candy type Christianity that has turned into nothing but tradition and fairy-tales, but he couldn't do that without warning you again about the fallen angels. Jude is saying that if in this earth age people follow those fallen angels they will lead them to Satan. God is going to destroy them again just as he did His people after they left Egypt that followed them. God wiped out an entire generation in the wilderness because of their foolishness and idolatry.

We are being forewarned about the results of messing around with the fallen angels. When in ignorance Christians chase after Satan, the false-christ thinking he is the True Christ, there will be no grace offered to them, yet some will be saved out of the Millennium age, by their works only, for grace is not offered in the Millennium age, because we will have Christ with us then, and all souls will have full understanding. Jude is telling you to remember this.

Jude 6 "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day."

The only habitation for any angel is heaven, and in defiance of God they left heaven and came to this earth. "Habitation" in the Greek tongue is "Oiketerion, oy-kay-tey-ree-on, a place of residence." Jude is reminding us that common, simple salvation is beautiful, and is the first step; however you must keep in mind all the other things that have happened because those thing will happen again. The coming of Satan and his fallen angels will happen again at the end of this earth age, just as it happened both before and again after Noah's flood, and my friend you are living in the final generation. [We are over sixty years into the planting of the Fig Tree.] Note: Jesus said learn "The Parable of the Fig Tree" if you want to know when the end will be. He said the end will come during the generation of the Fig Tree,

Matthew 8:28-32 gives us a lesson where Jesus took command over a legion of fallen spirits, and ordered them into the swine on a distant hill. Jesus gave each of His elect and all those that have repented and believe in His name authority to send them back to where they came from. This is death for them, and all power over them comes only through the name of Jesus.

Matthew 8:28 "And when He was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two possessed with devils, that no man might pass by that way."

Matthew 8:29 "And, behold, they cried out, saying, "What have we to do with Thee, Jesus, Thou Son of God? art Thou come hither to torment us before the time?"

Matthew 8:30 "And there was a good way off from the an herd of many swine feeding."

Matthew 8:31 "So the devils besought Him, saying, "If Thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine."

Matthew 8:32 "And He said unto them, "Go." And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters."

The "devils" spoken of here are "evil spirits", and they are very real today, just as in Jesus day. It is hard to discuss these evil beings today, where there is so much confusion and false doctrines being generated by these evil spirits [demonics]. You have authority in Jesus' name over all evil spirits and fallen angels, but you must take that authority and do it as the Word instructs.

There is a lack of teaching because Bible teachers just don't understand, and they lack the scholarship or the will to dig it out for themselves. God warned us of these thing, and Jude felt it was necessary to give this warning cry that we pay attention to those that slipped in unawares, and they shall come again in our generation. It is also for this reason that Paul warned women in I Corinthians 11:10 that they must keep their head covered, "because of the angels" [these fallen angels that will come again]. This time they'll comes when the sixth trump is sounded and just as in Noah's day they will inpregnate those that would potentially be Christ's bride. Satan and all his angels will come to earth, and spiritually impregnate sons and daughters of flesh man who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads.

I Corinthians 11:10 :For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels."

"Power" stated here is authority, a veil, which designates her commitment to her husband, and rejection of the fallen angels that will appear again. Just as Christians are to remain committed and faithful to becoming the bride of Christ at His return] These fallen angels will come disguised as angels of light. However they are very much the angels of darkness. The death they bring is through the perversion that they bring with them, and cause those unaware of them to be taken by that perversion. This is their nature, and it will always be the nature of Satan's angels until they are destroyed. They are coming to earth very shortly when Michael casts them out.

Paul also spoke of this in II Corinthians 11:13-15; "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming [disguising] themselves into the apostles of Christ."

II Corinthians 11:14 "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed [disguised] into an angel of light."

II Corinthians 11:15 "Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers [angels] also be transformed [disguised] as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."

Satan is coming to earth to present himself as the true Christ, the Messiah, when in fact he is a fake, the spurious christ. Why then will it be of any surprise when his angels present themselves as the apostles of Christ. These angels will be just as deceitful as their leader Satan, and their deception just as great. They will look like men, and preach sermons that sound great, but by twisting of the Word will make it a lie and lead those who listen to them to turn to the false-christ, Satan, and worship him Instead of waiting for our Lord's actual return. This time is coming very soon.

Revelation 12:7 "And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels."

Revelation 12:8 "And prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven."

Revelation 12:9 "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."

My fellow Christian, this battle is well underway, and the angels that are coming are called the Locust army in the book of Joel. What they will do is described in Revelation 9:3 "And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth; and unto them was given power [by God], as the scorpions of the earth have power."

"Locusts, Locusts Everywhere" Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. The Book of Joel gives us the details of that fearsome locust army from the 9th chapter of Revelation. 

Detail of that power are given in Revelation 9:5 "And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man."

Two things to take note of here: first that the period of torment is only five months. Secondly is that what these locusts, or fallen angels do to all men upon the earth, except God's elect, is exactly like what happens when a scorpion strikes a man. So to understand what happens to man by the fallen angels, you have to understand the eating process of the scorpion.

The scorpion has no stomach and any digesting of the food has to occur outside the stomach. When a scorpion strikes it's prey, the first move is to distract the prey with its tail, and then when the distraction comes, its pinchers grab a hold, and instantly the scorpion shoots a venom into the prey, and paralyzes the subject. At the same time the digestive juices are vomited out on the prey and their acids dissolve the body of the prey to make it mush. The digestion takes place outside the body of the scorpion, yet the prey lays there helpless with its central nervous system paralyzed. The last thing the scorpion does in completing the eating, is sucks in those digestive juices, and goes on its way. The whole process is quick and instant.

Edotors Note: We are going to take a little side trip here to talk about locusts and scorpions since they are so relevant to this study of Jude.

Rev. 9:1
And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

What is the bottomless pit?  A pit is a something with which everyone is familiar, a hole in ground for instance, that you can look down into. (Keep in mind, however, that there are some who can't tell the difference between their donkey and a hole in the ground. Fortunately, our Father uses many different analogies so that perhaps one will "ring a bell" up there.) However, when you look into the pit described here there is no end in sight, for it is so deep it has no bottom, hence the term "bottomless". This Picture in your mind is to graphically illustrate the depth of the state of degradation to which the one who is in the pit has fallen, i.e. Satan. He has fallen to a depth so far down and is become so infinitely low that you cannot get any lower. Got it?

Now, let's see what happens when the bottomless pit is opened.

[2] And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

[3] And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

No, now you're off track again! Back to paragraph one of this lesson. "This entire description is the "Picture" that our Father would have us see in our "minds eye" representing the terrible devastation wrought upon the minds and souls of men and women by the "children of disobedience". Understand, you can't "see" a lie. And you can't see it devour someone's chance to see the truth.

So we are talking about the enemies of God and "Seeing" an analogous "Picture" of them. They are like a bunch of insects, i.e. locusts, scorpions, etc. Are they to be feared?

NAW! Jesus Christ has given His own His Two-edged Sword, remember? And along with it, the POWER of it, i.e. the power to wield it! Here's what He has to say about creepy, crawly snakes and insects, i.e. low life creatures, Satan's own.

Luke 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Actually, you can see you can just tread on these venomous insects with the gospel armour boots and save the Sword for the fire breathing dragon, to cut off his head! "I just can't wait for the opportunity", I say, as I polish my gospel armour. "Let that old dragon out the pit!"

Now, here's another key to remember to help understand "Pictures" more fully, shall we say to a deeper level. The Holy Spirit in giving us these Pictures doesn't just arbitrarily pick the symbols He uses. There is a purpose and a meaning contained in the selection. So if we learn the characteristics of the symbols we can better understand what is being described.

Let's start with the scorpion. Here's a link, one of many, where you can go to learn how the scorpion takes its prey.

"The venom of scorpions is used for both prey capture and defense. Scorpion venoms are complex mixtures of neurotoxins (toxins which affect the victim's nervous system) and other substances; each species has a unique mixture."

Note: Those locusts were sent by God just as we will read in Joel that these locusts in Revelation are also sent by, controlled by, God. Why? For the same reason the plagues were brought upon Egypt... "So that they may know that the Lord God Almighty doth reign supreme in both heaven and earth".

These insects when they swarmed through the land of Egypt consumed everything in their path. Here's the narrative:

Exodus 10:14-15
And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very grievous were they; before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such. [15] For they covered the face of the whole earth, so that the land was darkened; and they did eat every herb of the land, and all the fruit of the trees which the hail had left: and there remained not any green thing in the trees, or in the herbs of the field, through all the land of Egypt.

But wait, those were actual locusts that ate every green thing and all the grass and fruit and leaves off the trees, etc. These locusts in Revelation don't eat anything green, no trees, no grass. Of course not! They eat men's brains! Uneducated, unlearned in the Word of God, unsealed brains (which are what is supposed to be in their foreheads)! And they consume any truth found growing and leave behind their poop!

[4] And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.

Here's a "Picture", a physical enactment, the type set forth, so that we can "see" the spiritual. The Lord God visited Ezekiel. Did you know that? It's right in chapter one of his book. And before He departed He gave these instructions to Ezekiel:

Ezekiel 9:3
And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon He was, to the threshold of the house. And He called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;

[4] And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

[5] And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:

[6] Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.

Next we will learn the length of time these locusts will have to swarm the earth. Christ said He would shortened the time of the reign of Satan, pretending to be Christ, else no flesh would be saved alive. Given enough time, the dragon and his locusts would consume everyone.

Don't worry, they won't! Christ will see to it!

We've all seen graphic Hollywood productions both on TV and in the movies depicting the atrocities and bloodshed of war. Worse yet, we've all seen, and even are seeing today, graphic media coverage of the wars of the 20th Century. Those who die in these flesh and blood conflicts lose their physical lives and terminate their tabernacle, their temporary dwelling in the flesh body. It is called the "first death" which happens to ALL human beings, whether violently or peaceably or quickly or slowly or painfully or painlessly. For flesh and blood cannot enter into the Kingdom of God (1 Cor. 15:50).

We have been instructed in the 6th chapter of Ephesians to put on the gospel armour to prepare to stand in battle against the fiery darts of the wicked one and his army. It is spiritual warfare and it is your worst nightmare!

Ephes. 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

In this 9th chapter of the Book of Revelation we are seeing the Holy Spirit's advanced coverage of the major battles of this end time war. Think about how incredible that is! In other words we are reading and seeing future news coverage of future events! And of course since we can't see with flesh eyes a "soul" or "spirit" being cut in half with a "tradition of men" or blown up with a deadly "lie bomb" or slowly suffocated with "dragon gas", He has chosen to illustrate what is actually occurring by using common analogies familiar to man.

So in this 9th chapter we have been reading of Satan's army likened to a swarm of locusts which darken the sky and devour every living thing in their path. And their infliction of lies into the minds of men and women are like the sting of a scorpion, quick and venomous, drugging the nervous system (the mind) of its victims.

Do you remember on Pentecost Day in Acts chapter two when Peter stood up and explained what the Galileans were speaking of in the tongue, meaning language, that was understood by every dialect of every nationality present? He quoted from the Book of Joel concerning the last days, these days and those just ahead, when God would pour out His spirit on His sons and daughters and they would prophesy, meaning teach from the prophets, like Joel, Ezekiel, Daniel, Isaiah, etc.

Well, the Book of Joel gives even greater detail about this locust army and we learn there that though it is Satan and his troops who come against us, God Himself is in complete control of this army and allows it, uses it, as a means of chastisement, of correction, whereby many of His children can be brought to salvation. You must understand the Book of Joel to understand the locust army. Read it today!

Let's pick it up with verse 5 in chapter 9 of Revelation concerning the locusts:

Rev. 9:5
And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

Now LOOK! Did you notice there is something in tomorrow's newsreel that is very revealing (what a great title for this book)? Did you notice how long the locust army has to do its thing? Five Months!

Remember in Mark 13:20 and Matthew 24:22 concerning this tribulation period that Jesus said He was going to shortened the length of time, otherwise no flesh would be saved?

Mark 13:20
And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

Even more remarkable is that the season of actual locusts is always from May to September. Five months! Let's see, that would be from Passover to the Feast of Tabernacles. Hmmmm! Did you know that Jesus Christ was born on the 1st day of the Feast of Tabernacles? (If not, read appendix 179 in the Companion Bible if you are blessed to have one.) Do you think His second advent will be in like manner?

Verse 6:

Rev. 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

Rev. 6:15-17
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; [16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: [17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Rev. 9:7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.

[8] And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.

Nice folk, these gentle looking liars of Satan's own, wouldn't you say?

This description tends to make the expression "A wolf in sheep's clothing" seem like a desirable alternative.

[9] And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.

2 Cor. 11:13
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.

[14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

[15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

And by the way, the breastplates that the Levitical Priests wore were made of precious materials with gold rings and chains and inlaid with the 12 precious gems of the 12 Tribes of Israel. The breastplates worn by Satan's priests are made of iron, figuratively of course. You get the contrasting Pictures?

One more thing in Rev. 9:9. If you are familiar with the Book of Ezekiel, especially chapters 1, 9 & 10, you'll will know that these "locusts" also have very high-tech transportation. The "world" calls them UFO's because they haven't studied God's Word to learn their identity. Those who have studied Ezekiel call them IFO's, Identified Flying Objects.

Rev. 9:10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.

[11] And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Proverbs 30:27
The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands;

Let's next look up in Strong's Concordance the names Satan is given here.

Abaddon, Greek #3; of Hebrew origin [#11 abaddown]; a destroying angel - Abaddon.

Apollyon, Greek #623; active participle of Greek #622 (appolumi); a destroyer (i.e. Satan) - Appollyon.

Here's another interesting fact for those who really want to study in depth. There is an advantage in understanding scripture if you are familiar with the original languages, Hebrew, Greek and Chaldean. That doesn't mean that you need to speak them, but to become familiar with them and how to "break back" the English with a Strong's Concordance. Here's an example why as we look at two more words from two of the most commonly quoted verses in scripture:

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

2 Thes. 2:3-4
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; [4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

The word "perdition" is Greek #684; also a derivative of #622 appolumi, and means destruction, die, perdition. Don't ever let someone tell you the son of perdition is Judas or anyone else other than Satan himself! Satan is the son who will perish! It is his name!

[12] One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

The 5th Trumpet has sounded and one Woe is past! There are still two to go. And remember, these three Woe Trumps are "Woes" to the inhabiters of the earth. Why? The answer is real simple: Because the final generation will confront the "supernatural" face to face. Satan, in person, who was in the garden of Eden and seduced mother Eve, along with his angels who came to earth in Genesis chapter six and seduced the daughters of Adam, are all coming to this generation to "seduce" the entire world. And what a spiritual orgy it will be! The whole world, with few exceptions, will marry the wrong Jesus! Woe to the inhabiters of the earth!

Woe also to "women with child" when the true Bridegroom returns and His bride, who should be a virgin, is found nursing her own baby. She didn't wait! She went to the wrong wedding, the first one! She was taken in the field. Oh how ashamed she will be! Woe, woe, woe!

That is also why Paul says in 1 Cor. 11:10 that women should have the veil of Christ on their heads, His power, i.e. be subject to Him. It is because of these same angels. They are coming, for sure!

1 Cor. 11:10
For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.

Matthew 24:37-39
But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. [38] For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, [39] And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

So in the 5th Trump we were given advanced news coverage of the approaching "locust" army headed by their king, Iwannabegod. We were shown by graphic analogy the gruesome devouring of the souls of men, their inner man, brought on by the fierce onslaught of Satan's wicked followers, who appear as angels of light but devour like locusts and shred their prey as do lions.

And now the 6th Trump. (Don't forget, John is still in heaven witnessing all this for us.)

Rev. 9:13
And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

Note: If you've read the Book of Daniel then you know that one of Satan's names is "little horn". And that about says it all, doesn't it? However, I'll bet it infuriates him to called that! Little horn, little horn, na, na, na!

Now here's the command to the sixth angel from the One who has All Power:

[14] Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

So who are these angels? The answer lies in the phrase "bound in the great river Euphrates", which symbolically means "bound in judgment". The river Euphrates has always been the boundary between Babylon and God's children. Did you know that the word "Hebrew" comes from "eber" which means people "from across the river", i.e. across the great river Euphrates where lies not the great city of Babylon?  And we find that the Euphrates is connected with the judgments of the great day in Jeremiah 46:4-10.

So these angels are those "bound" angels "reserved unto the day of judgment" which we just discussed in the opening paragraphs of this study and which Jude speaks of.

Jude 1:6
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Now apply this to the fallen angels and Satan, their distractions are their many wonders and supernatural powers that they will do to distract you, while they grasp a hold your mind. They will look like Christ coming with his many followers, yet it will be Satan the instead-of-christ coming with this locust army of fallen angels. Once you have been taken in at the first sight of them, and if you are looking for a rapture, you will be taken by them instantly. Paul warned us in Ephesians 6:10-20 that the battles of these end times will be spiritual battles, and the battle ground is your mind. These locust like fallen angels will appear to be men, because we are made in the image of man. They will talk like men, and yet be gentle as the finest polished lady of the day.

We are living in the "time of the end" spoken of by all the prophets, and this is no time to be blind to God's Word, and His warning to us. That is what Jude is doing in this short book. You will not see the coming of the true Christ while still in your physical body, and you better get used to that, for the first supernatural powers to come are Satan, and his many fallen angels. They will deceive the whole world into believing that Satan is Jesus Christ, the Messiah.

Jude 7 "Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, in like manner giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."

"Strange flesh" as is given in the Greek text, means "giving yourself to flesh that is other then natural." It is man with man, and woman with woman. This is God's Word that is talking, and He is telling you what he thinks of all this Sodomy and other fornication that is becoming common today. This is written of in II Peter 2:1-8, showing us that these fallen angels had again slipped in as they did before the time of Noah.

These fallen angels perverted God's beautiful plan of salvation. So to understand how it shall be very shortly, all we have to do is go back and understand what they did before, the other time they came to earth. Christian brother, they are coming again, and you will see them and all the filth that they bring with them. You will either know it before time, and expect to see it come to pass as written in His Word, or you will be part of it, because God's Word says so in Revelation 9:4, God will turn you over to them, if your are not sealed in your mind with the truth of His Word.

They left their first place of habitation, or residence because they were perverted. They wanted to destroy the pure seed line of eighth day woman [Eve], that needed to be preserved to bear the promised messiah who would come through the seed of this eighth day woman [Eve]. We saw in Genesis 6 that all but one family [Noah's family] became hybrids of these fallen angels, and that is the reason for Noah's flood, i.e. God destroying the entire population of those hybrids. It is through that one family of Noah that Christ then would come. [The only 8 people left of pure eighth day pedigree.] 

Keep in mind also that what we consider as "evil spirits" and these fallen angels are two different things. Yet it is the offspring or progeny of these fallen angels that were destroyed, and their spirits are the evil spirits of this age. When the fallen angels return they will not come in spirit form but will appear in bodies that look like ours, for we are created in their image. Those evil spirits are the "familiar spirits" of the Old Testament, and the "spirits of divination" spoken of in the New Testament.

Jude 8 "Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities."

The men and women, our brothers and sisters, who are under the influence of these fallen angels, and evil spirits, speak continually of matters that defile the flesh and the precious binding force between man and wife, male and female. They tear down the bonds of marriage and despise everything that is holy and part of the dominion of Jesus Christ. This includes many Christians that claim the name of Christ, His Word, and most of all the sacrifice that Christ made on the cross for our salvation. There is nothing holy and precious to those filthy dreamers and when men and woman promote what is know to be against God's Word, they have allowed their minds to be turned over to these evil spirits to become a mouthpiece for Satan himself. Their mouth will give them away, and when you have identified them, know them for what they are. You know the difference between a lion and a pet cat the moment the roar comes, so when the roar comes don't stick your hand in the cage.

Perverted individuals do become filthy dreamers, they defile the flesh, they despise all thing that pertain to Jesus Christ, and their filthy mouths just can't stop identifying them as one of Satan's kids. Today their mission is the promotion of their filthy acts of Sodomy, making light and nullifying of the holy bonds of matrimony, attacks on children, and turning the very Word of God into fairy tales, and false doctrines. They have accepted the doctrines of demons as being the Word of God. Many of these even say they love the Lord Jesus Christ and were raised Christian, and they know better; but through the conviction by these evil spirits, they have accepted what is against God's Word as being something of God. It comes by the twisting of the Word of God to make is something that sounds so good.

Today the filthy act of Sodomy [homosexual acts] is being called "a different life style", and is being accepted by the top leaders of the land, and even in many churches. It is of the Devil, and all those that promote it are giving their mind over to the Devil. You can see many other areas where the Word of God, the laws and commandments of God are against something, and the world treats is as if it were of God. They tell you not to worry, it's all right, when in fact if left un-repented it can claim your soul. Do not down play the Word of God or you will burn, for God is a consuming fire. That is exactly what will happen to all those that will follow in the way of the Nephilim [fallen angels].

II Peter 2:9 "The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:"

Jude 9 "Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said "The Lord rebuke thee."

The Archangel Michael himself was doing battle with the devil, and he is a mighty powerful angel, yet he would not stop to discuss, or argue anything with Satan, the devil. God is telling you don't waste the time in arguing with Satan, or you will lose the argument. Satan is ten times wiser that Daniel, and Daniel was the wisest man in the world of his day. Satan and his fallen angels are deceitful, supernatural, and they have knowledge that is forbidden to us as human beings in the flesh. The nature of the flesh is a test of our choosing between God and Satan, and we are not to argue nor debate either. You will lose to them every time while you are still in this flesh body, so don't even try. Satan knows the Scripture from cover to cover and all of the Scripture is fresh in his mind. His nature is to add Word's and take them away to twist the original meanings.

All human beings are born of the flesh, we walk the earth just a short time, and our minds will allow a limited amount of knowledge and common sense. Satan and his fallen angels and their evil spirits have been around continually not only in this age, but also in the first earth age where they were all created. They are supernatural beings, and they are set in their minds to pervert you, and everything that you touch. They are the ones that trip you up, and they accuse you when you listen to them and follow their instructions and sin. It is in God's plan that all souls would enter this world age through the womb of woman, innocent of the world that then was, and have the opportunity of a fresh start.

Each individual is to have the choice, to make their own mind up, whether they will follow God, or Satan and his filthy angels. That is what our "free will" is; however, there are some that took a standin support of God in the world that then was, and they were judged then, and found worthy; They are the ones that are called the "elect". Though God will not interfere in your right to chose Him or Satan, God will interfere in the lives of the elect because they already, in the first earth age, chose to follow Him. Paul's experience on the road to Damascus is a good example.  

Satan and Michael argued over the body of Moses because Moses was the law giver. Law and the commandments are despised by Satan, his fallen angels, and all his little demons. We know that God buried Moses, and when Satan tried to argue over how and by what manner Moses body was buried, Michael didn't argue, he just stated; "The Lord rebuke thee." God allowed nobody to know, not even Michael. The point to this verse is that we are not to argue with Satan, nor any of his angels, his kids the Kenites nor any evil spirit over any part of the Scriptures. The Bible is firm and unchangeable. If there is confusion in the Word, that confusion is in your mind, or the translation from the original text of the manuscripts. To argue in any manner is to turn yourself over to Satan, and accept in your mind the mind of Satan.

II Peter 2:10 "But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities."

II Peter 2:11 "Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord."

You are not equipped to argue with Satan and his angels and that is why we are to turn it over to the Lord by saying "The Lord rebuke thee Satan."

Jude 10 "But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves."

Remember we are speaking of these fallen angels, and these angels of Satan speak evil of every thing they talk about. They know nothing of God, the blood of Christ or the dignities of the Word,  What they say is corrupted. They pervert every thing that they touch. They teach perversion and will put perversion in the minds of those that will allow it. They take the things that Christ gives freely into something that has to be earned, and when you try to earn those gifts, they will take you to hell with Satan. It is not that big of deal when you study and know the Word, and learn to accept only what can be checked out by the Word. Never argue with Satan, just don't give him an ear for argument.

These fallen angels are coming and we will face them in our generation. If you want to know more about them, do a study of Genesis 6:1-10, for the daughters of Adam, eighth day man,  actually took those filthy angels in marriage, to pervert the seed [children] of woman [Eve].

Jude 11 "Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core."

To understand who Cain was, is to know the "Parable of the Fig Tree", because as Jesus said in Mark 4:13, "You must know the 'Parable of the Sower' to understand any parables". You need to know who sowed the tares in the garden.

Mark 4:13
And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?

It is to understand what happened in the garden of Eden, between Eve and Satan. There was a sexual union that took place, and from that union came Cain, the first child. The offspring of Cain are called the Kenites. There was no apple tree involved when that sin was revealed, but an fig orchard, and it was fig leaves that covered the parts that caused the sin.

Strong's Hebrew dictionary tells us exactly who the Kenites are, and were they came from. Strong's # 7014 says; "Qayin, kah'-yin,Kajin, the name of the first child, also of a place in Palestine, of an Oriental tribe." Genesis 4:16 tells us where Cain went to take a wife and live, it was to the east, in the Orient. Then in Strong's Hebrew dictionary # 7017 "Qiyniy, (I Chronicals 2:55) kay-nee', from 7014, a Kenite or member of the tribe of Kajin: -Kente."

I Chronicles 2:55 "And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabaz [Jerusalem]; the Tirathites, the Himeathites, and Suchathites, These are the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab."

We are told in I Chronicles 2:55 that there were three families of Kenites that took over the duties of the scribes from the Levites, and they are part of those that ruled the Temple in Jesus day, and killed Jesus. We know from the book of Ezra that these Kenites had also taken over the duties of the priests from top to the bottom, when the Jews came out of Babylon, to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the city and temple.

Editor's note: Since Chronicles 2:55 was written after Noah's flood, it also tells us that descendants of Cain survived the flood, which means either Noah's flood was only in the middle east, as I believe, or Noah had some of Cain's descendants stowed away of one of the three decks of the ark. 

Cain, the son of Satan was a murderer and a perverter just like his father, and Cain's offspring are just like their father Cain. The Kenites took the laws and commandments, and they changed them into their own traditions that make void the Word of God. The way of Cain, and the Kenites is to do everything for money and gain wealth. They worship money and the things of God are just a tool for the gaining of more money. They pervert everything that they come in touch with, and change it to distort the true meanings.

"Core" is the same as "Korah" born the son of Esau, and the mother was an Hittite as recorded in Genesis 36:1-5. Korah was the father of the Korahites, and became a priestly people. They were not of God but they mixed with the children of Israel, and the priesthood of Aaron from the time in the wilderness, and the problem with these priests or men of Korah is that take the things of God and change it to pervert it from the truth. So we see that Jude is telling us that these fallen angels will take up the same path as those ancient Korahites, in creating their own forms of religion and not the ways of God. Remember that these fallen angels are not yet here, but they will be soon. Their evil spirits are here, and the offspring spirits of Genesis 6 are here also, but not them, yet, in their supernatural bodies.

They are not behind every bush, but they will attack God's elect. However, God's elect do not have to put up with their tactics, because God has given us power over them, to order them back to where they came from. In the name of Jesus they will leave.

Jude 12 "These are spots in your feasts of Charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit whithereth, without fruit, twice dead; plucked up by the roots;"

This is saying that they like to come next to you, and play buddy-buddy with you to gain your attention and respect. These evil spirits today, and the fallen angels when they arrive are like clouds without water, they are empty and with only the power that you grant to them. These spirits are of no form and they are blown about with every wind of doctrine that flows. What ever you can think of in your mind, they will assist you in making you believe there is truth to that thought. Yet when the truth is sought, they become like the leaves and fruit on that fig tree that Jesus spoke to in Matthew 21:19-21. When Jesus spoke to the fig tree, it withered away and died.

"Without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;" think on what this is saying. Twice dead means that spiritually they are dead, they were sentenced to death in the first earth age, at the rebellion by Satan. Then again in Genesis 6 when those fallen angels left their habitation to come to earth against God's will, they were sentenced again to death that will come at the end of this earth age. These angels have twice received the sentence of death placed upon both their spiritual body and their spiritual soul. This judgment will come when God brings this earth age to a close, and we enter into the Millennium age. Don't allow them to drag you down too.

"The spots that work into your feasts" are those spots that work into your studying of God's Word with understanding. Those spots are all the fluff and lies and distortions being taught, in many churches today, as being the Word of God. Or truths not being taught! Common salvation is a beautiful thing to teach, but once that soul is saved it is time to get off salvation, and on to the meat of the Word. It becomes time to understand the entire Word of God and how it all fits together. The purpose of teaching is to teach to the new convert the commandments and laws of God, that let them know right from wrong. Then when they do fall short of their teaching they know that in Christ you need not be saved all over again, but repent of those sins and get on with your life.

My fellow Christian, if you believe for one moment that your right standing with your church will get you to heaven you are in much trouble. Your right standing before God is between you and your heavenly Father, and you can only stand rightly there when you have believed in Jesus and repented in Jesus name.

Jude 13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever."

When you are near the ocean when there is a heavy storm, the waves keep coming over and over crashing over the rocks and shoreline, and eventually it is broken down and eroded away. That is how the waves of doctrine of these people come, and they will cause an uproar both mentally and physically. The words that come from their mouth will sound out their own shame, as they have no respect for the true meanings of God's Holy Word. The prince of the night is none other then Satan himself, and the words that these people utter is just as black and dark as he is. The results of their words are the same as what will be done to Satan in the end.

These "wondering stars" are talked about in Revelation 12:4 "And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born."

This is Satan's tail in the earth age that then was, and is his rebellion against God. It is there that the fallen angels were sentenced to their first death. "The third part of the stars of heaven" were the third of all souls of God's children. As the souls of God's children came to earth, Satan deceived of Eve in the garden to destroy the lineage of the family that Jesus Christ would be born into. That blood line was promised from Eve in the garden, in Genesis 3:15: to Sarah, the wife of Abraham, and to the virgin Mary who brought forth a Child and called His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins. This plan of common salvation did not start in this earth age, but in the age that then was; at the very time of the fall of those wandering stars. Satan has always tried to cause man's fall.

Jude 14 "And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, "Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints,"

This is as it will be when Jesus Christ comes as King of Kings and Lord of Lords at the sound of the seventh trumpet. Christ will come with a staff of rod and iron, and that means that there is going to be discipline in his kingdom. Even though this is also recorded in the book of Enoch, the book of Enoch is not canonized, nor is it set aside as Scripture to be studied and mentioned in the Old or New Testament. Today there are two books of Enoch that are in print, and one is a fake. That is why you must be careful what you take from that book as being the truth. The Coptic, also called the Ethiopian, is the oldest considered the most accurate, however the Slavic is considered the most popular. However even the Scriptures itself declare these massive number and saints will come back to earth with Christ.

Jude 15 "To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."

When our Lord Jesus Christ comes to earth to do judgment, and the world age of the flesh is over, every word that is uttered against Christ and his children that is not true, and every deed that has been done against them will be accountable for. When Jude says "all words, and all ungodly deeds and all of the harsh acts against God's elect", all will be held accountable for. This is directed to those that would act against each Christian that would plant seeds of truth, and be of service for Christ.

Keep in mind though that once a sin has been repented for in Jesus name, it is finished and over, and that is why we leave the vengeance up to the Lord, for it is only God that can know the true intent of the heart of the sinner. When someone comes against you when you are in the service of Christ, it is not for you to carry out any vengeance, for God will make all things right upon His return, if not sooner. Always remember that judgment has two sides, and on the ungodly side there is persecution, while on the godly side judgment means rewards. It is God that gives out all judgment fairly. If you have faith in God, never be afraid of judgment, for in them comes blessings and rewards.

Jude 16 "These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage."

These are the ungodly ones, and they flatter the ones that do wrong, and bring accusations against those that do right. It sounds like the legal system of today where the victim is the accused, and the evil one gets all the rights and protection. This is exactly as things are happening today, when someone that cheats and is disrespectful but comes in first is looked up to, and those that do it God's way and meet all their obligations are scorned. In the spiritual sense, good is becoming bad, and right is becoming wrong. The things that God says in His Word that He hates, are the very thing that the world today is promoting, such as Sodomy, abortion, cheating, adultery, and so on.

In fact if you teach God's Word chapter by chapter and verse by verse, their are certain groups that will attack you, and many of them call themselves Christian. They are in ignorance of the plan of God, and the Word of God, and it irritates them when God's Word brings their false doctrines to light. We are not to attack them, but mark them well in your mind, and let Christ take care of them at His return.

Jude 17 "But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;"

Here we have to go back to the first three verses of this book of Jude. We are to go back to the very Words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the events that we should remember concerning the warnings of false men, and fallen angels that crept in unawares into the very churches themselves. Many Christian churches today don't even know who the Kenites are, what the parable of the fig tree is, nor that the fallen angels were here on earth, and will come again. Instead they teach things that turn men away from the Word of God, and on to the false doctrines and traditions of these men. The ministry today have become a way for them to feed their own ego trips, in some cases a way of gaining a lot of money. For some it is just the salary, or the medical plan, or even the pension at the end of being hirelings for a set period of time.

Jude 18 "How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts."

We are warned from the very beginning to be aware of false teachers. They will come a false apostles and will so distort the Word that they will rob you of your belief in Jesus Christ, and thus your faith is wasted. When your belief and knowledge of the Word has been twisted by something like the rapture doctrine, then your faith in Christ will be turned into worshipping the false messiah who comes first. You will worship Satan in ignorance, because your beliefs are leading you in ignorance to the false Christ. "In the Last times" is directed to our generation, to the generation that lives under the one world system of the new world order. That is the time of the false-christ, and the generation that shall see all the events of the end times come to pass. We were warned of this over and over, such as in I Timothy 4:

I Timothy 4:1 "Now the spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils:"

The Holy Spirit speaks directly that in the last days there will be many that speak of the spirits, but there is no results. They will listen to all sorts of spirits, and follow the doctrines of those devils. From it comes confusion, and the departing from the faith because they have taken up with some other religious form that seems to offer them a more suitable way. We as God's elect are to have discernment to keep from being taken in by them.

I Timothy 4:2 "Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron:"

This is what those lying spirits are doing right in many of your little old [so called Christian] church houses. The hot iron of their lies, is the hot iron of Satan. The searing comes from their ego trips, promoting themselves and their position, rather then giving reverence to God. They love to be called the honorable right reverend, or any other title that promotes them to a high status. They want to be the very go between, between you and God, and you had better be careful of these types, for we are in the latter times. The lies spoken of are any traditions and doctrines that do not check out completely with the Word of God.

You need no go between, between you and our Heavenly Father, for the veil to the holy of Holies was rent when Christ died on the Cross. When you repent of any sin, and some church throws that sin back in your face, that church has become a force for Satan. That is the time to know them for what they are.

I Timothy 4:3 "Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth."

All souls that believe in Jesus Christ, and have repented of their sins are the bride of Christ The second part of this verse is a prime example of how there is mis-teaching in the churches today. From their teaching there are a lot of sick people, because they take shortcuts, and let someone else do their thinking for them. "Abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving." This does not give you the right to eat those things that the health laws strictly forbid, and in violation the health laws the punishment is sickness, and all sorts of diseases that those creatures carry.

In the Word "which" makes it specific as to which meats we are talking about. "To be received" indicates the meats that God created to be taken just for food. Those meats are spelled out in the health laws, and they are just as sure today as they were thirty five hundred years ago. They are what you are to eat, and all others are not to be eaten. If you are having all kinds of health problems, stop and consider what you are eating and have been eating, and more then likely this will pinpoint where your problems come.

If any man teaches you that it doesn't matter what you eat, mark them well, for just as they are in error there, more then likely they are in error throughout the entire word of God. God created certain animals, birds and fish to clean up the filth off the earth, and these scavengers were not created for man to consume; not before the coming of Christ nor after the coming, they were never given for man to be eaten. It will make you sick, and keep you ill most of your life. The health laws are not a sin unto your spiritual death, but who in their right mind wants to be sick physically.

I Timothy 4:4 "For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving."

If the Word of God says it is good, then eat it, but, if the Word of God states that it is a scavenger food, I'll not eat it! What you do eat give thanksgiving to God for it.

I Timothy 4:5 "For it is sanctified by the Word of God and prayer."

God's Word will tell you what is pure and what is not pure, and your prayer for thanksgiving, I believe, is for those that you are intended to be eaten.

I Timothy 4:6 " If thy put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith, and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained."

God will bless those ministers that teach the word of God, all of it, and that includes the health laws. The health laws are given to us whereby we can live in good health in these flesh bodies, and not given over to every disease and suffering sickness that comes along.

Reference to Jude 18 is also given in II Peter 3:1-7; "This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance;"

II Peter 3:2 "That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Savior:"

Peter is calling attention to the matter that what is spoken by the apostles of the Lord, were also told many centuries before by the prophets of old.

II Peter 3:3 "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,"

The scoffers are mockers of God's Word.

II Peter 3:4 "And saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

This is the big lie that is taught in most all schools around the world today, and it is called "evolution". Even the children in the grades schools are taught this from their first days in school. Evolution is based on the false theory that all things evolve from a prior form through the vast eons of time. They like to put numbers to it, like 240 million years of no catastrophe, when most people think a hundred years ago was another dimension in time. When you get to uncontrolled numbers, they are assumed correct on the authority of the person uttering of the lie. The lies are given to disprove the Word of God, and in taking the false data from the scientist, you are calling not only God a liar, but closing your eyes to all the physical data that is around us. The data that the evolutionist gives is unscientific, and even they go against their own criteria for establish fact, and just because they state something, they assume you will take it as fact.

The foolish person has closed his or her mind to the truth. However the wise person is aware that when the parable of the fig tree comes to pass, and the fig tree of the Jews plants it's shoot in Jerusalem, we are in the final generation. That time is now, and the Jews now control the government in Jerusalem. It doesn't matter what any scientific theory says, what matters in our generation is what the Word of God says. As a Christian we are commanded to know the season of Christ's return, and we are in that season.

II Peter 3:5 "For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:"

They willingly blind themselves to the earth age that existed before this earth age of the flesh. God originally created this earth to be inhabited by. us, His created souls, and after the rebellion by Satan, and the fallen angels, it became void. They are ignorant of the facts because of the scoffers and those that teach the filth of evolution, and the traditions of men. Today people are not familiar with the three world ages.

If you do not understand the rebellion of the first earth age, how can you understand the part of the scriptures dealing with the Elect of God, and God's dealing with them. They became the elect by earning it in the first earth age, and they were judged then, as recorded in Ephesians 1:4-10. They are the ones that God would call in this earth age, such as Paul, and many others to our generation.

II Peter 3:6 "Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:"

This is talking about the flood of Genesis 1:2, [Lucifer's flood] not of Noah's flood, for in Noah's flood there were eight Adamic souls and two of all flesh that survived. If you believe that the flood did not exist, as evolutionists would have you believe then they have caused you to doubt your faith, and make void the entire world of God, for this is a vital part of the whole Word of God.

II Peter 3:7 "But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men."

The heavens and the earth are exactly as they should be, and they are kept that way until the coming of Jesus Christ. The Word of God stated that it would be so, and God's promise is what keeps this earth age as it is. This earth age will stay as God has allowed it to be, until the time that Satan, and every last mocker, and ungodly person walks into the lake of fire. Then this heaven and earth shall pass away and a new city, called the New Jerusalem shall come down out of heaven, made by God just for the bride of Christ. If you believe in the Word of God you will believe this because God's Word promises it in Revelation 21.

Jude 19 "These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit."

Jude is telling us that all those men that do not agree with the Word of God, are separate from the Spirit of God, and they carry other spirits.

Jude 20 "But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,"

Our faith is built up in the Spirit of God, and it is by His Spirit that we gain our wisdom and understanding of His Word. When we are saved, our spirit is in Him, and the Holy Spirit is in us. As long as you are a believer and have faith, there is no other way that you can pray, for if you have an evil spirit that spirit does not know how to approach the Lord God Almighty.

Jude 21 "Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life."

You keep yourselves in the love and mercies of God by studying His Word and following it's instructions. That is walking by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and the result of that walk is eternal life.

Jude 22 "And some of compassion, making a difference:"

Jude is urging us to have patience in our studying, and wait on the Lord.

Jude 23 "And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh."

Stay with God's Word, and away from those that wear the cloth that would preach some other word.

Jude 24 "Now unto Him That is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy."

Though we fall short many times, we have repentance in Jesus Christ, where by those sins are forgiven, and we can start again with a new slate. Friend, when you continually repent when you fall, and just keep plowing ahead, the judgment in the end for you is being presented before the Heavenly Father in all His glory as faultless, and seen the joy that comes from the reward of the inheritance you will receive as one of the heirs of God.

Jude 25 "To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, now and ever. Amen."

Jesus Christ is the Savior, the one that brought us salvation through his obedience to the Father, in going to the cross. Jesus Christ receives all the glory that you or I should ever receive, and it is completely through Him that you and I could ever approach the throne of God, and become joint heirs with Christ in the new dominion. A dominion is the king with His domain, Christ is the King, and His domain is everything on this earth, and all the souls that are on it.

There is a great deal more to God's Word than common salvation, for we are expected as sons of the living God to know the signs of the the times and the seasons that we are living in. We are expected to know the parable of the fig tree, and not fall into the traps that the Kenites will lay for us, and the ways that they will enter into the churches and change the doctrines to make void the Word of God.

We are in the latter days, and the start of the final generation is six decades old. Many of the events of the final days are history today, and Satan and the fallen angels may be on our doorstep in a matter of months, or a few years. It is time to study and prepare for the great deception that all those that live a full life will see, that we should not be either shocked or deceived by it. Praise God for the wisdom of His Word, and thank Him for it.

The book of Jude is a warning to us of those ungodly angels that will be cast out upon the earth when Satan is cast out of heaven, but their spirits are with us now. When they come in person they will be here to seduce the hearts and minds of those that refuse to read the simplicity that is taught in Christ Word.

Now in review:

The book of Hebrews and the book of Jude are tied together. The book of Hebrews lets you know that Jesus Christ beyond any doubt was the Son of God, and that Jesus was with God even when the earth was created. Christ is an office of God. Hebrews lets us know that God had an overall plan concerning all three of the earth ages. It was the same earth, but three different ages.

Many Christians have a great deal of misunderstanding with the entire Scriptures, because they listen to those preachers that say that this earth is only six thousand years old, when in fact it is millions of years old. What the Bible states is that this earth age of Adamic souls is only six thousand years old.

In that first earth age, rather then God having to destroy one third of His children that fell, destroyed the age. God would require each soul to pass through the next age, the age of the flesh. If you have ever wondered why you were born, this is the reason why you are here. Each soul will be born be born of woman into this second earth age, completely helpless and innocent, and that soul will develop it's own mind and thinking and it will chose for him or herself whether he or she will chose God or Satan. This choice of following God or Satan is what is meant by "free will". However there were certain ones that made a stand for God in that first earth age, and were judged and set aside in that age, and they do not have free will. They and only them will God intercede in their lives, as it is written in Romans 8. Paul is a perfect example! Do you think Paul had free will when God knocked him off his horse on the road to Damascus and said, and I paraphrase here, "Saul, you're mine."

In this manner, even those that were deceived in the "world that was", though many souls were not, and all souls would have their own free will so that they may chose God and be forgiven of all their sins.

God knew that it would be painful to live in the flesh, and God saw fit to be born of flesh also. To be born of a virgin in the office of the Savior, and allow Himself to be tempted of all things and manner that man is tempted of. The difference between Christ and us is that He did not give in to those temptations. The reason that He came was to die on the cross whereby in so doing He could destroy death, which is Satan. This was given in Hebrews 2:14. This has been accomplished, and from it we have our choice of common salvation, and eternal life, only it is only the first step.

That is the starting point of the Christian's life, for then comes the time of preparation, the study and developing of your prayer life. The gaining of wisdom of knowledge from His Word to prepare to do battle spiritually with Satan and be victorious in it. As we do battle, Christ is there at the throne of God to be our advocate, and he will remain there until the end of this earth age.

Jesus Christ came after the order of Melchizedec, as the king of peace, and in Christ we can find true peace that only comes through repentance. And then that great book of Hebrews tells us how it shall be in the end times, in the chapter of faith. We have a title deed promise that it shall be exactly as it is written in His Word. When we accept our Lord, we will run this race, throwing off every weight that would slow us down, and set our minds of the goal that is set before us. We do this by putting on Christ and running the race as He has led us in His Word.

We are in this race together with the entire many membered body of Christ, and it is our duty to God to help our brethren when they are down, and lift them up in the Lord. We are to salt their soul and put that little sting back into their life whereby they will be seasoned a little bit, to join back into that race spoken of by Paul.

Then in that great book of Jude the hammer is put to Hebrews, letting us know that those fallen angels will come back, the ones that tried to destroy the Adamic blood line that our Lord Jesus Christ came through, and they will be trying to attack our generation in the same manner and fashion as they did in Noah's day, as described in Genesis 6, Except this time it's going to be a spiritual attack. A fight for our very soul!. This generation is the time set aside of all generations since Adam, that we should be warned of those things that are already starting to happen, and that our generation will see. 

We are the watchmen on the wall, and to close your mind to them, and not study the Word will cause you to be deceived by Satan, and his angels, and lose your very soul.

My friend, you have been warned what shall come to pass, and it is time to get into the entire Word, Old Testament and New Testament, to get ready for the spiritual battle that is coming on the earth, and it will be like nothing this old earth has ever seen before. That battle will not be in some foreign land, but in the minds of every soul that is living on the face of the earth today. You will either be sealed with the Word of God, and not be deceived, or you will not, and those not sealed with the Word will be taking the name and number of the false-christ who is Satan.
