Hosea, the Book of Salvation

Hosea means "Salvation" which is why it is so fitting that this great work should be the first book of the 12 Minor Prophets, for without salvation to what benefit would understanding any prophecy be to your soul? Actually, without salvation which is Christ, one cannot even have the eyes to see and the ears to hear to enable him or her to fully understand the prophecies contained in His Word.

Hosea chapters 1 through 3 give us a over view of the whole book.

Hosea chapters 5 and 6 are written as a warning message of impending judgment to the Priests and Preachers of our so-called 21st century Christian churches.

Hosea chapters 7 through 14 cover God's salvation message to us proclaiming Christians, which Hosea presents in more detail.

Chapter 8

Hosea chapter 14 This is it, the Epilogue of Hosea bringing forth the final message, even the salvation message directly from our Father to His children He loves so dearly.
