Judging by what is "taught", or better said "not taught" in most of our Christian churches today nothing has changed since Jeremiah's time.

1 Corinthians 5:7  Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Christ our passover, is what we should be celebrating in April; not painting "asherah" eggs!
