  Wealth promised Abraham

The Almighty promised centuries ago,
this same wealth and power and national greatness to Abraham.

Yet few have ever noticed this astonishing fact of Scripture.

The promise of the Messiah,
and of salvation through him is well known by the most superficial Bible student.

But God made also another, entirely different, most amazing promise to Abraham.

Notice how God called Abraham, and the two-fold nature of his promise:

"Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee: and I will make of thee a great nation... and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed"(Gen. 12:1-3).


To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits; to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you accomplish both.
