Chapter 3
Isaiah means "the salvation of Yahveh" and so far in these first two chapters we have certainly seen that there is a great need for His salvation among our people. We have now come to chapter three which is a continuation of chapter two and concerns the political "ruin of Jerusalem and fall of Judah" (see vs. 8). Some would exclaim, "You mean the Word of God talks about politics and politicians?" Of course it does and we are going to find in this third chapter a description of the leadership of this final generation, for our Father is going to tell us exactly how Judah comes to ruin politically, which should be a no-brainer for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear. It is because our leaders severely lack the knowledge and the wisdom of the Word of God.
In fact, let's preface this third chapter with a few verses from the fourth chapter of the Book of Hosea, whose name means "salvation". It is not that this third chapter needs to be prefaced but it will serve to emphasize the fact that our Father means business in these last days and He has given us ample warning in His Word as to what shall befall His people in these last days. It is so sad, but many preachers and ministers tell our people that they are in good standing with the Lord Jesus Christ just because they believe He is Lord. These spiritual leaders cry Lord, Lord, Jesus is Lord, while they starve our people by teaching the traditions of men instead of teaching them His Word chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Therefore our people totally lack wisdom and knowledge from His Word and you better believe it shows up even in the type leaders they elect, because they don't know the difference between the holy and the profane and therefore cannot discern between the clean and the unclean (Ezek. 44:23).
Compared to the generations that have gone before us in our beloved nation, since the advent of the Baby Boomer generation our people have become almost totally Biblically illiterate, even though many go to church... where they mostly participate in praise and worship services and where the collection plate never fails to pass before them to receive their so-called sacrifice!Hosea 4:1
Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.
They think they are in good standing with Jesus Christ, but they have slowly but surely become spiritual harlots, i.e. idolaters![6] My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.[7] As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.
Iniquity is "lawlessness" which is what the traditions of men taught by most churches are! In other words, they teach that which contrary to the Word of God, like the any-moment rapture theory, etc., and as a result they cause our people to trust in the words of men (and women) rather than the Word of God! True teachers of God's Word are to speak after the manner of "Thus saith the Lord God" and "It is written".[8] They eat up the sin of my people, and they set their heart on their iniquity.
Our Father is completely fair and they shall receive exactly what is coming to them, which for many will not be good news! Woe! The spiritual leaders, the priests who should keep knowledge on their lips (Mal. 2:7) and build "up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD (Ezekiel 13:5)", have instead caused our people to become spiritual whores and harlots just like they are! They feed our people virtually nothing from God's Word and that which they do give them to eat are the vain, empty words of their traditions which cause them to commit spiritual whoredom! Mark 7:7 "Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."[9] And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and reward them their doings.
Again, they do not take heed to nor teach the Word of God chapter by chapter and verse by verse! They are too busy with new and fanciful ways to increase church membership and come up with new and exciting teachings to hold captive God's people... so that they can continue to shear the sheep![10] For they shall eat, and not have enough: they shall commit whoredom, and shall not increase: because they have left off to take heed to the LORD.
The soothsaying words of the traditions of men take away the hearts of the people from the Word of God! You "see", it is written that in these last days unless you have the seal of God in your forehead (Rev. 9:4), which is to have the knowledge and wisdom of His Word etched in your mind, then you shall stumble and fall in the great apostasy, which is to be taken, as in seduced, by the false messiah and his angels when they are cast out of heaven to this earth as per Rev. 12:7-9. Well, it seems our people have become lazy and would rather listen to men than hear the Word of the Lord, and so it is, as a direct result, that a new breed of leadership has arisen in our generation, a leadership who is for the most part void of the knowledge of Jesus Christ (in fact many are non-Christian) and we are reaping the curses of allowing such leadership to pull us away from the truth and justice contained in the Word of God, that truth and justice upon which this nation was founded. Even our very Constitution was taken from the Word of God.[11] Whoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart.
Therefore, here is how it shall be in these last days, the political ruin of Judah and Jerusalem and the judgment thereof. By the way, because this involves politics, don't be surprised to see some political terms.
Isaiah 3:1The word "behold" is an Asterismos which is a figure of speech denoting EMPHASIS! So behold, pay attention and take note, it is written that God is going to take away the whole stay of bread, which is the bread of life, and the whole stay of water, which is the living water of life, the Word of God! That is the plan for these last days foretold of more than 3,000 years ago! Of course Peter informs us that one day with our Father is as a thousand years with us, so in spiritual reality this information is very current, isn't it?
For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,
Now the question is, "If there shall be no food in the land and there shall be no water, what will happen?" The answer is simple! There will be great famine and drought which shall be followed by disease and pestilence and widespread death? And guess what? That famine and drought is already upon us in the late hour of this final generation and our nation has become a valley of spiritually dead, dry bones as described in Ezekiel 37. The great prophet Amos tells us in no uncertain terms what the famine and the drought is, i.e. what the withholding of the whole stay of bread and the whole stay of water is all about!
When the knowledge and wisdom that comes from the Word of God is removed from the minds of the people and their leaders you can expect spiritual disease and pestilence to follow in its wake... and so they have!Amos 8:11
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
They shall wander from sea to shining sea, from border to border, back and forth, here and there, from one Bethel (House of God, i.e. church) to another, and shall not find the truth from the Word of God taught. What a waste of time and energy! Have you read what Amos wrote: "Seek not Bethel (Amos 5:5)". You have the Word of God, the very Bread of Life, right before you and there is never any want or famine for those who hunger and thirst after His righteousness! "Seek ye Him, and ye shall live (Amos 5:4)!" Here is His PROMISE![12] And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.
FEAST or FAMINE! His Word or some Bethel! It is your choice dear one!John 6:35
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
You can thank all those good reverends and fancifully dressed evangelists and priests and all those highly polished brazen preachers for the famine! It is precisely because of the drought of His truth, the "Living Water" having been dried up by the scorching "fire" (see Amos' second vision in his 7th chapter), that our nation has become a valley of dry bones! Remember what happened when Ezekiel was told to go breathe His spirit upon them, i.e. teach the truth to them? Bone joined to bone and they came to life, spiritually that is! Got the picture?[13] In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.
Dan and Beer-sheba were where the "golden calves" were set up for people to go and worship instead of having to go to Jerusalem according to the Word of God. So the sin of Samaria, which means "watch mountain" (like "capital hill"), is IDOLATRY and those who swear by the sin of Samaria are harlots and adulterers who make oaths to the false god! Though they do it mostly because of ignorance, because they lack the knowledge of their Father's Word, our people worship the wrong god, the false god, the instead-of-Jesus, the god of the golden calves which were set up at the borders in Dan and Beer-sheba. Again, the "sin" of Samaria, the capital of the 10 tribes of Israel and therefore representative of the whole, is IDOLATRY, the worship of another god instead of the "I AM the Lord thy God" of the first commandment.[14] They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beer-sheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.
Isaiah 3:2
The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
[3] The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.He is describing a lot of people in leadership positions.
[4] And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.How about that? It was written 3,000 years ago in our Father's Word that our leaders (princes) would become as children, which is to say spiritual babes, because they would lack the common sense and wisdom that comes from the fountain of truth. In other words, because of the famine in the land, they lack Jesus Christ! It surely does not take much opening of the eyes to see the fulfillment of this scripture if you can "see" how overloaded we are in both our civil and ecclesiastic leadership with men and women who possess the spiritually immature minds of babies. Yes, the Baby Boomers who grew up in the 60's and 70's are now in charge and all one can say is, "Wow man! That is groovy! Can you dig it?" Though for the most part they have cleaned up their outward appearance, inwardly many are still a bunch of spiritual pot-heads and now promote the new "spiritual sexual revolution", the idolatry of these last days!
[5] And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.That pretty much describes the God-is-dead 60's and 70's generation of the Baby Boomers, many of whom have ascended into leadership positions in our land, doesn't it? So does 2 Tim. 3:2-4, "For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God."
In this generation the multitudes of people elect and choose leaders based on charm and outward appearances, not character and substance! To wit, the '90's administration in these United States was a prime example of symbolism and appearance over substance! You "see", when we are drawn away from our Father's Word then liberalism (there's a political term), a spiritual disease and pestilence caused by complete and utter Biblical ignorance or the rejection thereof, begins to grow and flourish. Liberals always claim they have good intentions and claim that they are compassionate, but if left in charge they will bring ruin to freedom and liberty in the form of socialism and communism, which are oppressive and tyrannical! Thank God, even though they are few and far between, that we still have a few men and women of God who are willing to take a stand against the immature minds of liberals who continue to assault our Christian heritage and try to elevate the basest of human behavior to become "socially acceptable"... politically correct! Hogwash! That's what it is... utter filth and an abomination!
[6] When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand:Again, the subject here is political ruin and the reasons for it! Understand that the MO of liberalism is that it is always someone else's fault for the predicaments we are in. No liberal is ever willing to stand up and take the responsibility for the mess that his or her lack of wisdom and common sense has produced!
[7] In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.We have millions of men and women in this nation who claim to be Christian, and yet they bow down to the political correctness spawned by liberalism because they are afraid of the sting of the scorpion. Many will not take a stand and liberals simply refuse to put on the proper spiritual garments that would allow them to lead the healing process of our land and our people! They thrive on division and controversy to give themselves justification and cause to implement more feel-good social and entitlement programs that ultimately destroy the spirit of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!
So, let us be reminded once again from our Father's Word the root cause of the ruin of our people and our rulers!
[8] For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings are against the LORD, to provoke the eyes of his glory.The fallen leaders (fallen away from the Word of God) have themselves become as gods... to know good and evil (Gen. 3:22). In other words, they believe that in their infinite wisdom, in their enlightened minds, they themselves know what is right and wrong, as in what is best and what is and isn't good for other people, though they set themselves upon a higher plane and exempt themselves from the rules and regulations they deem best for those who they believe need their great magnanimous help!
[9] The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.We even have senators in this nation who openly and proudly admit to the sin of Sodom! Do you think for one instant that our founding fathers and our forefathers who elected them in their day would have put up with such open perversion in our sacred governmental assemblies? Not a chance! And our heavenly Father doesn't like it either and He is not going to put up with it much longer! So if we don't stand up and do something about it, He will! We sure have come a long way Baby Boomers, haven't we? Only the way we are headed is a downhill slide from one nation under God guided by the truth and justice contained in the laws and statutes of our Father's Word, to one nation under the beast guided by the cesspool of man's perverted ways!
Hey, it is time to wake up dear Christian and understand the root cause of the political ruin of Judah and the fall of Jerusalem! The perverted civil and ecclesiastical leaders who refuse to turn to righteousness to heal the land are going to get their just recompense, just like the Sodomites and harlots of Sodom and Gomorrah! You remember what happen to the sodomites, don't you? Poof! Now you see them, now you don't! "Woe unto their soul", our Father says in Isa. 3:9 that we just read! They are in big, big trouble, so do not play follow the leaders when they are perverse, for you become condoners of and even partakers of their wicked ways!
[10] Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.Where do you get your fruit? Do you eat from the Tree of Life, which is Jesus Christ and the Word of God, or do you eat from the perverted Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, which is Satan and his idolatrous ways of liberalism? The choice is yours!
If you follow after the ways of righteousness, which is your Father's Word, and walk in them, you are wise indeed! If you follow the ways which "seemeth right" unto a man, then you shall stumble and surely fall to your spiritual death! Proverbs 14:12, 16:25 "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (spiritual death, the death of the soul)." Did you know our Father likens Himself to an evergreen (ever living) tree and instructs the wise to get their fruit from Him?Deut. 30:19
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:
Ephraim was the largest of the 10 tribes of the house of Israel and is put here figuratively to represent the whole house, just as we often use America symbolically to represent the free Christian nations of the world, i.e. the true house of Israel today.Hosea 14:8-9
Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.
Once again the choice is yours! Follow after the ways of righteousness and "it shall be well with you (Isa. 3:10)" or follow after the ways of the wicked and the spiritually immature minds of civil and ecclesiastic liberals and you will reap the reward of the Sodomites, which is what you will deserve! WOE... baby![9] Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.
Isaiah 3:11His hands are his "doings", his works! The point is that what you sow is exactly what you shall reap... and as it is written, if you sow to the wind you shall reap a whirlwind (Hos. 8:7). The spurious messiah and those who follow after him shall ultimately end up in the lake of fire and shall perish!
Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.
[12] As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.Oh my people, your leaders have been eating the leaven prescribed by the scribes and Pharisees (Mat. 16:6). And so it is that the spiritually weak among you have led you astray from the straight and narrow path that leads to peace and happiness and eternal life, to follow the road that leads to the pit and spiritual death! Can you not see that they have caused you to "err"? Even so, don't forget that we as a people have allowed them to attain and continue in power by not holding them accountable to the standards of righteousness! Yes, they shall receive the greater judgment but we shall not go unpunished, lest we repent and turn to Him!
The phrase "women rule over them" is a figure of speech meaning that the "weaker among you shall rule over you". And how true it is, for the spiritually weak, i.e. liberals, not only possess the immature minds of children and are void of the common sense and wisdom of Father's Word, but they are all a bunch of wimps and weaklings who cannot stand up to truth and be subject to accountability! Yet look around you and see how many of them are in positions of leadership... and in this nation most of them got there because they were elected! Woe! Your vote is a choice my friend, even your non-vote! With it you declare the path you would like to follow! Think about it! What is the way of your path? Is it Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God? Do you walk with Him, according to His Word, or have you been drawn off track to accept abominations in the sight of the LORD like homosexuality and sodomy, etc?err, ta`ah, taw-aw', Hebrew 8582; a primitive root; to vacillate, i.e. reel or stray (literal or figurative); also causative of both :- (cause to) go astray, deceive, dissemble, (cause to, make to) err, pant, seduce, (make to) stagger, (cause to) wander, be out of the way.destroy, bala`, baw-lah', Hebrew 1104; a primitive root; to make away with (specifically by swallowing); generally to destroy :- cover, destroy, devour, eat up, be at end, spend up, swallow down (up).
There is only one way, one path, one road map that leads to life eternal, and that is Jesus Christ, the Word of God. There is none other! Nevertheless, be it known that whichever "tree" you choose to get your fruit from and whatever way you choose to follow, you will give account to your heavenly Father and receive your just rewards, which will be either blessings or cursings!John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Isaiah 3:13The LORD isn't going to sit still forever! He shall soon come and plead His case, i.e. present His case, and stand in judgment of the people and they shall plead their case and give account to Him. And as it is written, they shall receive exactly what they have coming to them.
The LORD standeth up to plead, and standeth to judge the people.
[14] The LORD will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.The "ancients", i.e. the elders of our people, and the princes, our leaders, are going to be held most accountable for misleading His people and consuming His vineyard. He doesn't like it one bit! They have ripped off His people! They have destroyed the ways of their paths, the way which leads the lost children of the house of Israel back to their Father. And most of our spiritual leaders have defrauded both God and His children and have ripped them off both spiritually and economically. You "see", instead of laboring in the vineyard and producing fruit for the kingdom of God, they have consumed the vineyard and stripped it bare. Woe unto their souls!
[15] What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the LORD GOD of hosts.These are the stern words of the LORD GOD that He will say to those who have led His people astray and ripped them off for self gain! "How dare you destroy and oppress my people and take advantage of those who are spiritually destitute! You should have 'healed' the people with the saving words of truth and the deeds of righteousness instead of seducing them and turning them into spiritual harlots as yourselves, i.e. idolaters!" What answer will they give to the LORD GOD of hosts for causing His children to go astray? Again, "Woe unto their souls (Isa. 3:9)!"
[16] Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:They walk with the wanton eyes of harlots and hookers advertising their intentions with their sway and their mincing (coquettishness)! In other words, they have become a bunch of spiritual whores who are willing and ready to seduce our people and cause them to commit spiritual fornication and adultery with the beast and the false bridegroom. And it seems that both our ecclesiastic and civil leaders are willing and ready to prostitute themselves in a heart beat for self gain! Zion is seat of the government of God and the "daughters" of Zion are figuratively both those men and women of this final generation who the leaders of God's people! They have certainly become "haughty" and lofty... at least in their own eyes, but not in the eyes of our Father and His elect who walk in His ways! Our leaders should be men and women of God who lead this one nation under God in His ways, but instead they mislead and literally screw our people both spiritually and economically every which way they can and then they justify their evil deeds by make themselves feel good by claiming to be caring and compassionate for the less fortunate!
This is some pretty straight forward language that our Father uses in talking about whores and harlots! Well, He uses that which is natural, that which we can see and relate to on a flesh level to help us understand that which is happening spiritually! The fact of the matter is, our Father's Word, His letter of instruction to His children, is really like a picture book in that it is full of illustrations for our admonition and ease of understanding. Take for instance our spiritual leaders. Paul warned us in his letter to the Corinthians about the false leaders who would come and preach "another Jesus" and spiritually seduce our people, even as Eve was seduced by Satan, that old serpent in the garden.
There is only one true Bridegroom, the Lord Jesus Christ, but there is another "Jesus", the false Jesus, Satan, the coming "instead-of-Jesus" who "saves" people to himself! So stick to the Word of God and remain a spiritual virgin unto coming of your true husband, the true Bridegroom!2 Cor. 11:2
For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
It is man who twists and spins the simplicity of the truth, even the simplicity of God's Word![3] But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
Paul was concerned that they would be led astray by someone preaching another Jesus Christ, the Jesus of the traditions of men! Jesus Christ said in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 that in the last days "many" would come in His name, i.e. claiming to represent Him as Christian preachers and ministers, and they would deceive (seduce) many, meaning the multitudes of our people. How would they do that? By substituting the traditions of men, a form of worship, churchianity, in place of teaching the simplicity of God's Word chapter by chapter and verse by verse! Thus they shall lead their entire congregations to drift away from the Word of God and His truth and righteousness, to follow after the ways of the beast system which is powered by the false messiah, Satan himself, that old red dragon from the first earth age. Rev. 13:2 "...and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority."[4] For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
The fact is that soon the whole New World Order is going to come crashing down and the great whore who now sits a queen and claims to be no widow (Rev. 18:7), i.e. one who needs no husband (Jesus Christ), shall be exposed for exactly what she is... a great whore! Her leaders, including those who have led their entire congregations to jump in bed with her, shall be stripped to the naked spiritual bone and exposed for what they really are! At that time, as it is written here in Isaiah and in Rev. 6, they shall wish the mountains and rocks to fall on them rather than face Yashua Messiah!
So the question is, "Who are you going to follow?" Are you going to play follow the leaders who have become spiritually destitute and void of the wisdom and knowledge of our Father's Word. Or are you going to follow the path of righteousness, the Word of God? Again, the choice is yours! You are free to choose the way of your path! Be a wise and faithful servant and follow the Word of God and you shall surely be blessed by your heavenly Father!
John 12:26
We have been reading about the ruin of Judah and the great stumbling or fall of Jerusalem. Judah of course is the kingship line of Israel and so it is that God's people are to be led and governed in righteousness, according to the truth and justice of His Holy Word. But alas, the majority of both the civil and religious leaders of our people have departed from the mercy seat of God, which is His truth and justice, and have drawn away our people from the "ways of their paths", the path of righteousness which is the Word of God, to trust in and follow after the beast and his systems for their peace and security and even their health and happiness.
This is a most serious matter for it is the drawing away of one third of God's children (Rev. 12:4) in the first earth age that caused the destruction and ruin of the "world that then was" spoken of by Peter in 2 Peter 3. That "world that then was" was the age when dinosaurs roamed the earth and this beautiful planet was a plush greenhouse from the north pole to the south. But it would seem the majority of our leaders no longer take heed to the words of the prophets and the apostles to know and understand that there is nothing new under the sun in this flesh age and when our Father's cup of wrath is filled to the full, He shall come and put an end to this flesh age and all the evil works contained therein. Let's read what Peter wrote in his second epistle (letter).
That pretty much covers both the Old and the New Testaments, doesn't it? Are you mindful of our Father's Word? It doesn't appear that many of our leaders are these days.2 Peter 3:1
This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:[2] That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
They scoff at the Word of God and those Christians who teach Christ is going to return and bring judgment on their idolatrous ways, their whoring after their own wants and the pleasures and treasures of this world.[3] Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
Can't you just hear the scoffers? "Oh, people have predicting the end of the world and the return of Jesus Christ from time immemorial."[4] And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
That's right! The Word of God declares exactly why the dinosaurs and that first earth age were destroyed! It was because of Satan's rebellion in drawing a third of God's children away from the mercy seat to follow after him. You can read all about it in the 28th chapter of Ezekiel. Again, "there is no new thing under the sun (Eccl. 1:9)" so if you want to know what it was like in "the world that then was" just before God put at end to it, just look around and see how things are now in the late hour of this present earth age! The point is, He destroyed that first age and He is going to destroy this one (not the earth itself but rather the "cosmos", the order of things). So we had all better take heed to the words of the prophets and the apostles and let the scoffers scoff, for as it is written they are willingly ignorant and fools indeed. Let us be wise virgins and prepare ourselves and our loved ones for that great Day.[5] For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:[6] Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
Our leaders and our people better wake up... and real soon because payday is coming for all those heads of state and religious icons who have led our people astray, let them down the wrong path, while they have destroyed the "ways of their paths" that would lead them to eternal life.[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
Let us now return to Isaiah where we left off earlier.
Isaiah 3:17Yes, many of those leaders, even and especially the religious ones who like to set themselves above the people, are expecting to receive a crown of glory at the return of Jesus Christ. They are going to be "crowned" all right! Only they shall be crowned with shame and dishonor for as it is written the proud and the haughty shall be abased (Matthew 23:12) and brought low before the eyes of the people. You "see", their iniquitous ways shall be exposed as if all their garments were ripped off in public and the "secret parts" of their bodies uncovered and made bare for all to see! Woe! Shame! Shame! Shame!
Therefore the LORD will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.
The problem is that they just don't see their inward selves for what they really are spiritually. All they see is that which appears outwardly and so it is during the extended time of the peace and prosperity that the Baby Boomers have grown up with and enjoyed, that they see themselves as being pretty good people, just like those of the church of Laodecia in Rev. 3:17.
A person may have a decent income and own a house and have two cars and feel secure (have need of nothing) in all that they possess including their health insurance and retirement plans, etc., but inwardly they are spiritually destitute, impoverished, without any righteous garments to cover their nakedness. The true wealth and eternal riches are contained in the field, which is the Word of God, so if you fit the category above then go "sell" all that you have and buy THAT field.Rev. 3:17-18
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
Understand that Christ does not mean for you go sell all your material things, but that you get rid of idolizing of them, your love of them, and make your first love the Word of God. (Log unto pamphlet #2532 and read the account of the wealthy man who came to Christ and wanted to know what "good thing" he could do to enter into the kingdom.)Matthew 13:44
Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
Everything in this final generation gets tried in "fire", my friend. That fire is the Word of God even as it is written in Heb. 12:29 that "Our God is a consuming fire." Fire is something we can see with our flesh eyes and feel with our senses. It is unique in that it can both warm and comfort or consume and destroy. It can also purify gold and silver while at the same time consume hay and stubble and turn them into ashes for ever and ever.[18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
Let's continue with Isaiah where we are now going to see how those whose "nakedness shall appear" at Christ's return are presently spiritually dressed.
Isaiah 3:18The "bravery" means the finery of their ornaments. Also their "cauls" are their fancy hairdos and their "round tires like the moon" are their round crescent shaped headbands. What we are "seeing" is all of their fancy attire in a detailed description of how they have been decked and adorned from head to foot to appear stunningly beautiful and deliciously attractive to the world! The problem is that every item described in the attire of a true Christian man or women in these last days, which would be the gospel armor of Ephesians 6:11-17, is noticeably absent! In other words, they are not dressed with the proper garments that would allow them to take a stand against the wicked one because they are actually adorned by him and have become seductive harlots who follow in the path of the abominable one, even in the path of that great whore who rides upon the many waters (Rev. 17). Waters are symbolic of "peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues (Rev. 17:15)". Again, they are going to be stripped bare of all their harlotry and tinkling ornaments and fancy headdresses and all the rest of their idolatrous embellishments.
In that day the Lord will take away the bravery of their tinkling ornaments about their feet, and their cauls, and their round tires like the moon,
[19] The chains, and the bracelets, and the mufflers,Their necklaces and seductive veils.
[20] The bonnets, and the ornaments of the legs, and the headbands, and the tablets, and the earrings,Are you able to get the picture of all of this fancy clothing and hairdos and ornaments and jewelry and crisping pins which are their shear transparent dresses, as in their party clothes (Living Bible)![21] The rings, and nose jewels,
[22] The changeable suits of apparel, and the mantles, and the wimples, and the crisping pins,
[23] The glasses, and the fine linen, and the hoods, and the vails."Vails" are fancy underwear. Now all of these items are given to create a picture, a visual image in our mind's eye, that we are able to "see" in a physical analogy someone, like a leader of our people, who commits fornication with the beast and who is really decked out, "dressed to kill" as they say, which is literally true, spiritually speaking! It is written in Rev. 17:2 that all the kings of the earth have committed fornication with the great whore... and so it is that they themselves have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication and they have also become as harlots.
[24] And it shall come to pass, that instead of sweet smell there shall be stink; and instead of a girdle a rent; and instead of well set hair baldness ; and instead of a stomacher a girding of sackcloth; and burning instead of beauty.There shall be an instantaneous change in the appearance of many at the return of Jesus Christ when the flesh is shucked and the inner man is revealed! Whereas now many see themselves as sweet smelling, good looking, shapely women (no gender intended) with attractive hairdos and donned with beautiful flowing sashes, they will soon stand naked and bald wearing nothing but the shame and embarrassment of their whoredom. Instead of being beautiful virgin brides dressed in fine linen, clean and white (Rev. 19:8), i.e. in righteousness, they will be branded ("burning" in vs. 24) as unsightly whores and harlots who have seduced our people and have led them straight to the great spiritual pimp and lover, Satan, the false-christ!
The reality is that many of these leaders both civil and religious are already "branded" which means they are deceived for they are "marked" as belonging to someone other than the true Jesus Christ... and that would be the false christ. In fact they already have the mark of the beast which is deception in one's mind. It is a kind of branding or scar of service. The "mark of the beast" is not some tattoo or branding on the outside, i.e. on your flesh body. It is the branding in your forehead which means in your mind. The foremost thing that should be written there is the Word of God, not some image of a car or house or job or pension or even some church which can indeed be an idol! So don't let some crackpot tell you the mark of the beast is something that will be visible on the outside. Here is what is written in Rev. 13 concerning Satan's "sealing" of the multitudes of all peoples unto the beast, unto himself!burning, kiy, kee, Hebrew 3587; from Hebrew 3554 (kavah); a brand or scar :- burning.
They shall be branded with deception IN their foreheads, not ON their foreheads. In other words, he is going to cause everyone to follow after the New World Order and support his systems, to trust and rely on them, and ultimately to believe in him as their god! And so it is that they shall have the idolatry of gold and silver and the things of this world and of the image of the traditional Jesus, the other Jesus (2 Cor. 11:4), the false messiah, etched on the walls of the inside of their foreheads! Surely that is not a difficult concept to understand.Rev. 13:16-18
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
The only "religion" you are going to be able to "buy or sell (see Mat. 25:9)" when Satan is here, is his religion... which most people will believe to be the one and only true religion because he is going to claim he is God and back up that claim by performing miracles in the sight of men to deceive them. Your documentation is found in 2 Thes. 2:4-12 and Rev. 13:13-14.[17] And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Do have wisdom, the wisdom that comes from studying the Word of God? If you do then you can easily count the number of the beast which is to enumerate or add up using "small stones" worn smooth, the "scar of service", the "branding", all the way back to "the man" in the garden of Eden... i.e. all the way back to the serpent in the garden and to his offspring Cain, the father of the kenites! Take your Strong's Concordance and look up the words used in this verse. Here are some to start with:[18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Whereas you should have the seal of God etched in your forehead and be marked as one of His, as one of Christ's, most people in this final generation will be "branded" as one of Satan's, a follower and worshipper of the beast and the false messiah. And so it is written that they shall stumble and fall (to their spiritual death) in the spiritual war of these last days. They are totally unprotected and they are going to be spiritually slaughtered!count, psephizo, psay-fid'-zo, Greek 5585; from Greek 5586 (psephos); to use pebbles in enumeration, i.e. (genitive) to compute :- count.666, chi xi stigma, khee xee stig'-ma, Greek 5516; the twenty-second, fourteenth and an obsolete letter (Greek 4742 (stigma) as a cross) of the Greek alphabet (intermediate between the fifth and sixth), used as numbers; denoting respectively six hundred, sixty and six; six hundred sixty-six as a numeral :- six hundred threescore and six.

Isaiah 3:25 Thy men shall fall by the sword, and thy mighty in the war.What war? The great tribulation in these last days is a spiritual warfare fought not with swords made from steel, but with swords made of words, (s)words, spiritual swords! It is written that God shall send the king of Babylon, Satan, the spurious messiah, to slay His people with his (spiritual) sword (for the purpose of chastising them) and again, most shall fall by that sword! Hey, they are going to just love the false bridegroom and allow him to seduce them and to array and adorn them with all the pretty things we just read of! And that is exactly how they shall be dressed, as harlots, as hookers, when the true Bridegroom comes looking for sweet His virgin bride! You got the picture?
And who do we have to thank for all this harlotry, which is symbolic of idolatry. Well the reality is that we have no one but ourselves to blame for not holding our leaders accountable for what they do and what they say and what they teach. So we all have a responsibility but the leaders of our people, and in particular the religious leaders of our people, have a special duty and obligation to prepare the people for the spiritual battle of these last days. But they have not done so and our Father is not happy with them, to say the least, and as we have been reading in this book titled the "salvation of Yahveh", they are going to be found out and they are going to be exposed! Let us read an excerpt from the 13th chapter of Ezek-i-el (God is strong" or "God is my strength"). If you want to be spiritual strengthened for the battle of these last days, then study your Father's Word and it shall make you strong indeed!
To "prophesy" simply means to teach.Ezekiel 13:1
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,[2] Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD;
They are foolish because they lack the wisdom and knowledge of God's Word and so they go about teaching the traditions of men instead of His Word chapter by chapter and verse by verse after the manner of "Thus saith the LORD" and "It is written" (Ezek. 2-3).[3] Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing!
As we have just read in Isaiah, the people shall "fall" in the great spiritual battle because they have not even received "basic training" in the truth of God's Word from their preachers and ministers and priests, etc. The analogy used here is that they have no true "wall of protection*" against the onslaught of Satan because their leaders teach them fairy tale stories about snakes and apples (the word apple is nowhere found in the book of Genesis), and they teach them to have false hope in "flying away" into the clouds when the false-christ comes to do battle. Hey, true Christian soldiers, men and women of God, put on the gospel armor of God to "take a stand" against the fiery darts of the wicked one. They do not dream of running from the old dragon when he shows up but rather of picking up the sword of truth which is God's Word (Rev. 1:16), and taking off his ugly wicked head! Ephes. 6:13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."[4] O Israel, thy prophets are like the foxes in the deserts.[5] Ye have not gone up into the gaps, neither made up the hedge for the house of Israel to stand in the battle in the day of the LORD.
* Note: If you have read the great book of Nehemiah you know that our heavenly Father is our wall of protection.
God does not speak to these "see-ers of vanity (emptiness)" and tell them someone out there in TV land has arthritis in their left kneecap... so that they might in turn tell the people to have faith and call the 800 number on the screen! Mature in the Word of God and stop listening to those who take the name (authority) of Lord, which is to call themselves His representatives, as in Christian ministers, etc., in VAIN. Those who take His name in vain (teaching emptiness) and give our people false hope instead of building up an hedge about them by teaching them His Word, are going to pay an awesome price for deceiving (seducing) His people with their vain traditions of men. Our Father doesn't like it! Exodus 20:7 "Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain."[6] They have seen vanity and lying divination, saying, The LORD saith: and the LORD hath not sent them: and they have made others to hope that they would confirm the word.
Untempered mortar is "whitewash"! They whitewash the hogwash! One comes up with an any-moment fly-away rapture theory and everyone jumps on the bandwagon and keeps the phony wall whitewashed to appear like a real wall of protection. Hey, when the rains come and great spiritual storm blows in this final generation, the whitewash shall disappear and that wall will surely fall. The problem is that all those who stand upon it shall fall with it!Ezekiel 13:10
Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter:
Meanwhile, those who are prepared and have on the gospel armor of truth, shall stand, for they cannot be harmed by the sword of the king of Babylon, which is analogous to the fiery darts of the Wicked one (Eph. 6), Satan himself. And their houses shall not fall when the "stormy wind blows" because they have built their houses upon the foundation which is upon the ROCK, Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God. And so they have the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God, and so they have the victory over the beast and his image. The point is, if you do not have Jesus Christ dwelling in you, then you are unprotected and you shall stumble and fall in the great apostasy during the great spiritual battle of these last days.[11] Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it.
Isaiah 3:26Can you picture the great whore sitting on the ground naked and ashamed and desolate when Jesus Christ returns to this earth? Well, there are going to be many who are going to stand naked and spiritually desolate when He returns. Contrast that with the appearance of the saints of the Most High.
And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she being desolate shall sit upon the ground.
So the question is, "How will you be dressed when Yahsua Messiah returns to this earth... as a virgin bride arrayed in a clean and white fine linen gown, or as an harlot all decked out with the finery of the New World Order?" Because if you are dressed as the latter, you shall be stripped naked and bear the shame of your iniquity.Rev. 19:8
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
It is time to wake up! Our Father wants His people to come out of harlotry which is the idolatry and religious confusion of Babylon the great in these last days, and be not partakers of her iniquity, else they shall sit naked and ashamed with the great whore on that day! Let's document that in Revelation 18 beginning with verse 4, speaking of Babylon the great.
Our Father is going to come down real hard on Babylon the great and she is going to fall! And all those who support and follow after her are going to fall with her! See that you are not among them.Rev. 18:4
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
She is going to get a real thumpin'![5] For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.[6] Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
She claims she does not need an husband, as in she does not need Jesus Christ. Nevertheless, she shall surely see sorrow because she shall be utterly consumed with "fire"![7] How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
The Lord God is strong all right for He has all power in both heaven and earth and He is coming as Judge to execute justice in all the earth and render unto each and every person his or her just recompense for his or her deeds! Keep that "utterly burned with fire" in your mind for we shall discuss it further.[8] Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
