The Book of Isaiah
Chapter 2

Our people and our nation have become foolish, void of wisdom and counsel, because we have all but forsaken the God of our forefathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The reality is that we have suffered ourselves to be drawn so far away from His Word in this final generation that we are literally in a state of spiritual emergency! It is time that we as a people stop listening to the traditions of men and begin to seek after Him, after His righteousness, which is the truth and justice of His Word.

Remember from chapter 1 that our Father made a promise that if you are willing and obedient (to His Word), then He will make your sins white as snow and you shall eat of the good of the land. And so you shall because when our Father says He will do a thing, you can count on it. Man on the other hand, "whose breath is in his nostrils (Isa. 2:21)", will let you down but God has promised that He will never leave you nor forsake you if you will just turn to Him.

Isaiah 2:1
The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
We learned in chapter 1 that the name Amoz means "strength" and if you are or choose to become a son of strength (Amoz) then you too can "see", as in understand this vision concerning Judah and Jerusalem. How can you become a son of strength? Well, where does true spiritual strength come from? It comes from eating and digesting that precious spiritual food which is the bread of life, the Word of God. Surely you have heard the old adage, "You are what you eat", and that is as true on the spiritual level as it is on the physical.

EZEK-I-EL, whose name means "God is my strength", was told to eat the entire roll, the Word of God, and digest it in his bowels until it became a part of him. THEN, after he had internalized God's Word, he was sent to the house of Israel to speak unto them with HIS WORDS, not the words of men. Ezekiel 3:3-4 "And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness. [4] And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them."

And so it is in these last days that the remnant we read of in chapter 1, that "seed" who would come, the sons and daughters of Acts chapter two, the sons and daughters of strength, would see visions. In other words, they would be able to see and understand the visions that the prophets saw, the things they wrote about concerning these last days. How about you? Do you have "eyes to see" the condition of Judah and Jerusalem today as it was foretold of by the prophets long ago, to know that at this time Satan's own children, the kenites who claim to be of our brother Judah but do lie and are of the synagogue of Satan, have moved into Jerusalem, into the holy place? They did so on May 15th, 1948. They moved into the city that our Father took to wife in the 16th chapter of Ezekiel, that place where He shall establish His throne forever and ever. Yet today that city is a seething cauldron of spiritual idolatry and desolation.

However, there is coming a time soon after that shortened reign of Satan as the false-christ, the spurious messiah, that the King of kings and Lord of lords shall return to this earth and crush the beast system, and cast Satan back into the pit, and establish the ruling kingdom of God upon this earth. And as it is written, He and His kings and priests, the saints of the Most High God, shall rule with a rod of iron for 1000 years and every knee shall bow to the authority of Jesus Christ, the Word of God.

Rev. 19:14-16
And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

[15] And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

To rule with a rod of iron means with discipline and adherence to the Word of God.
[16] And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
You can surely be among those with the clean white linen garments if you are willing to forsake the traditions of men which will lead you to follow the false messiah and become obedient to the Word of God. Simply learn to listen to your Father and not to the words of lofty men who speak with unbridled tongues, i.e. without being disciplined in Father's Word. The choice is yours! But if you do choose to sincerely seek Him, you will find as others who have tasted of the heavenly things and will readily admit, that there is nothing on this earth, nothing in this flesh age under the sun, that is worth trading for the rich treasure of His field, that pearl of great price, which is His precious Word.

Here then is the vision of what shall happen in the last days, the days of the final generation that began on May 15, 1948.

[2] And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
This is the fulfillment of the gospel of the kingdom that Jesus Christ said would be proclaimed throughout the world as a witness to all nations before the sound of the 7th Trump. This is the good news that the King of kings and Lord of lords is coming to establish His rule upon the earth from the mountain of the LORD's house, which is upon mount Moriah (2 Chron. 3:1). Moriah means "seen of Yah", that light that all nations shall flow unto. And as it is written here in Isaiah, whose name means the salvation of Yah, it SHALL COME TO PASS!
[3] And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
When Yahshua Messiah returns to this earth, His truth and His justice shall flow like mighty rivers from Jerusalem and thus shall it be forever and ever even throughout the eternity, which is so stated in Revelation 21:24.
Revelation 21:24
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
However, there is something extremely important that you must know and understand in this final generation, that you must have the eyes to see and ears to hear concerning, and that is that before the establishment of His kingdom upon this earth there shall be one who shall come and stand in the holy place as an abomination! And he shall perform great signs and wonders in the sight of men to deceive them into believing that he is Jesus Christ, the true bridegroom, whom he shall claim to be! But beware and take heed for he will be the instead-of-christ, the false messiah! And you know what? The peoples and nations of the world shall flow unto him too! This is of such paramount importance that we should take the time to document it from scripture.
Zech. 8:20
Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

[21] And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.

These are your friends and relatives excitedly e-mailing and calling each other from one city to another because they believe that the LORD has returned to Jerusalem.
[22] Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
Note the location where will they will come to seek the LORD of hosts... in Jerusalem!
[23]Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
What does it mean to "take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew", i.e. claims to be of Judah? Well, the skirt is what the man threw over the woman to take her to wife! To wit, we are talking about spiritual seduction here, even about the first woman "taken" in the field, who is taken by the false messiah! The point is that when Jesus Christ returns to this earth at the sound of the 7th Trump, no one will have to be told! As it is written, every eye shall see Him (Rev. 1:7) and every knee shall bow to Him. Read Christ's own words in Matthew chapter 24 where He is giving the seven signs to occur in the final generation that are the same as the seven seals and seven trumps of Revelation.
Matthew 24:23
  Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
This is simple and straight to the point. If the news media or a friend or relative from another city says, "Isn't it wonderful that the Lord has returned to Jerusalem", believe it not! Or if they say "Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also (Zech. 8:21)", don't go! Jesus Christ will tell us "why to believe them not" in verse 27 below!
[24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Get ready to witness some spectacular things when the false Christ and his angelic host arrive defacto. Satan's angels who are cast out with him to this earth (Rev. 12:-79) are those "ten men" of Zech. 8:23 we just read about! They are the same as the ten toes of Daniel 7 who are those 10 supernatural kings who receive power as kings one hour with the beast (Rev. 17:12)!
[25] Behold, I have told you before.
Jesus Christ has foretold us all things through the mouths and pens of the prophets, and all those things are written in the Word of God for our admonition in these last days. 1 Cor. 10:11 "Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."
[26] Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
Again, when they say "let us go forth speedily to worship the Lord of hosts"... DON'T GO! When the true Christ returns you won't hear rumors in your flesh ears... because as Paul documents in 1 Cor. 15:52, at the sound of the 7th Trump, the last and final one, you will no longer be in the flesh!
[27] For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Have you ever seen lightning flash across the sky? That is how it is going to be when Jesus Christ returns. All you will see is a brilliant flash of light and "in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump" the (spiritually) dead shall be raised to their incorruptible (spiritual) bodies, "and we shall be changed (1 Cor. 15:52)!" In other words, the flesh age is over when Yahshua Messiah returns at the last trump!

However, until that final trump sounds and while the false messiah is standing in the holy place claiming to be the true Bridegroom, those ten men, those dirty unclean birds of Satan's angelic host, will be gathering all the spiritually dead, those who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads, to the wedding feast that shall be taking place in Jerusalem! The only problem is that it will be the wedding of the false messiah, not the true messiah, so stay in the field and don't be taken by the false messiah!

[28] For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Again, there is going to be a gathering of the dead (spiritually dead) to attend the wedding of the false messiah who shall come stand in Jerusalem claiming to be the true bridegroom. Those ten men, the ten supernatural kings, the locust army of Satan, i.e. his angels who are cast out with him to this earth in Rev. 12:7, are going to circle around the carcasses (the spiritually dead) wheresoever they are out of all nations and languages and people, and spiritually take them to the gathering in Jerusalem. Don't go my friend! Jesus Christ has foretold you all things, as is forewarned you what shall happen!

Let us return to Isaiah and see what it is Jesus Christ will do when He comes.

Isaiah 2:4
And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
The nations are going to be doing some hammering and plowing to bring their thoughts and ways into alignment with His Word... that is if they wish to spare their souls from the lake of fire that shall come into existence at the end of the Millennium. That happens just following that short season when Satan is released for a final time to gather unto him whosoever will and then the final great white throne judgment shall occur when all that is wicked shall be consumed and perish forever and ever! Do not confuse that great white throne judgment with Jesus Christ's coming to this earth, to the valley of decision known as the valley of Jehoshaphat (Yahveh Judges), to smite the nations, and to judge them, and to rule with a rod of iron for 1000 years!
Joel 3:12
Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.

[13] Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.

The Millennium shall be a time of "spiritual squeezing" for many, for as it is written, everyone shall receive his or her just recompense at the coming of the Lord! The good news is however, that adherence to His laws and statutes, to His truth and justice, will produce a peace and prosperity and happiness such as this world has never seen! What a contrast it will be to the unholy system that the beast has set up in these last days.
Isaiah 2:5
O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.
The house of Jacob refers to the natural seed of Jacob, all 12 tribes. Do you know where those tribes of Israel are today? Oh, many people know where Judah is today... in part, but most of our people have been deceived into believing that those who call themselves Jews comprise the whole house of Israel and then they turn around and call themselves gentiles, though many of them are actually direct descendants of Jacob. You "see", there were twelve tribes of Israel of which Judah was only one out of the twelve, and following the reign of king Solomon the whole house was divided into two houses. The northern 10 tribes comprised the house of Israel while Judah and Benjamin in the south comprised the house of Judah. Many Bibles will have a map in their appendixes showing the two separate houses. Check it out!

History shows that the northern 10 tribes migrated north over the Caucasus Mountains (hence called Caucasians) and became known as the Cimmerians, the Celts, the Saxons ('Saac's sons), etc., and settled in western Europe, the British isles, and later many migrated to the Americas. "O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD (Isa. 2:5)"  The light of the LORD is Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God. It is time for the children of God to come out of the "dark ages" of this final generation and become children of light (1 Thes. 5:4-6), else they shall stumble and fall in the great apostasy when the false messiah is cast out of heaven to this earth and people flock to him in droves believing that Jesus Christ has returned! "And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also (Zech. 8:21)."

How is it that our people have become so ignorant of God's Word? Because they have allowed the influence of false religions and the leaven of the scribes and Pharisees, the kenites, to pollute the bread and dilute the wine!

Isaiah 2:6
Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.
What a sad state of affairs our Christianity has become! We have become "replenished", which is to be refilled with false religions, even bringing in the philosophies and rituals from far eastern religions. What an abomination! It is heathenism, Ishtarism, a spiritual orgy which is that spiritual "grove worship" we talked about earlier in Isaiah! We have become as soothsayers like the Philistines, who are the migratory ones, even the kenites. Then too we have physic hotlines and shows where sickos claim they talk to the dead! They are talking to the dead all right... a room full and viewing audience of spiritually dead dry bones, people who are so void of the wisdom and knowledge of their Father's Word that they put up with garbage like that! Shame on us! We seek to please ourselves by what the "strangers" have placed on our table instead of pleasing our Heavenly Father and being thankful from the bottom of our hearts for the blessings that He has poured out upon this nation. We are a blessed people, not because of the works of our hands, but because of the promise our Father made to Abraham that his seed would become as numerous as the stars of the sky and the sand of seashore, and so it is that they are blessed from sea to shining sea with amber waves of grain and purple mountains majesty!
[7] Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:
Jeshurun, a symbolic name for Israel, i.e. America, Great Britain, Canada, etc., has waxed fat in these last days (Deut. 32:15)! Peace and prosperity abound everywhere and as it is written in the great Song of Moses (Deut. 32), that is the time when His people forsake Him! .
Deut. 32:15-18
But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
When we are fat and happy we turn from His Word and begin to believe that our blessings come from the works of own hands! Wrong!!!
[16] They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they Him to anger.
He doesn't like that "replenishing" from the east!
[17] They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

[18] Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.

You "see", it is during long times of peace and prosperity, not when one is hanging upside down in a well, that is the greater test of one's love and loyalty to God! When a person is in danger, he or she is quick to turn to Him and cry out "Oh dear God! Help me!" And so it is that the great tribulation of Satan in these last days is during a time of peace and prosperity where our people forsake Him, as in ignore His Word, and lightly esteem the Rock of His salvation.

Note: It is written in Daniel 11:24 that Satan enters in peaceably and scatters great wealth and entitlements throughout the world! Take heed!

Isaiah 2:8
Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:
We have so much in this final generation, e.g. electronic gadgets galore, automobiles, planes, and luxury and comfort and entertainment beyond the wildest imagination of our forefathers! These are the things that one would see foremost written in the forefront of the minds of the multitude of our people! You "see", it is what you spend your time pursuing, following after, that becomes an idol to you, i.e. that is what you worship. Many people place their comfort and security in their jobs, their healthcare plans, their retirement funds, their homes, etc, etc. They have little or no time to study and meditate upon their Father's Word! Therefore in that sense, they already worship the beast for they follow after the system and depend on it for their welfare and wellbeing!

Question? If one were to look upon the walls of your mind, what would he or she find etched there foremost, at the front? Many would actually have a big church or denomination etched there, an idol indeed, in lieu of having the Word of God written and sealed in the forefront of their minds, i.e. in their foreheads! If you do not have the seal of God written in your forehead, in your mind... well, even though you seek after Bethel, which is go to church regularly, it is written that you shall become prey to those dirty birds, Satan's locust army that we talked about earlier, the ones who seek after dead carcasses, and you will be taken and seduced by the false messiah. Rev. 9:4 "And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads." And as it is also written, as a result of being seduced by the false messiah, you shall stand naked and ashamed at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
[9] And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.
Both the lowly and the great bow down to the beast system and humble themselves before the false gods of gold and silver and pleasurable things. They will be so ashamed when the King of kings and Lord of lords returns to this earth that they will seek to hide from His face.
[10] Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of His majesty.
The  magnitude of their shame will be such that they will rather die than face His majesty, knowing that they have become spiritual whores and harlots. But alas, there is no place to run or hide. They shall all stand before the King of kings and be brought low.
Isaiah 2:11
The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Man and his vain ways shall come to a screeching halt when Jesus Christ returns for He shall be King over all the earth and Lord of all! He alone shall be lifted up and His truth and His justice shall flow from Jerusalem like mighty rivers!
Zech. 14:9
And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and His name one.
There will be no more replenishing from the east! There will be no more heathen gods or idolatry! There will be no more liberalism! There will be no more Edom, meaning red, i.e. there will be no more communist (red) nations! They will be busy beating their swords and plowshares into alignment with the Word of God! There will be no more Egypt which symbolically means there shall be no more oppression and captivity! All this is very good news especially for those who love and serve God, but for some they shall be angry and shall weep and gnash their teeth. (You know how much liberals detest right wing conservatism to begin with!)

So what's it going to be? The opportunity for salvation is open now... for whosoever will. But when that door is closed at the sound of the 7th Trump, the whosoever won't and the whosoever would not are going to receive the rod of correction for a thousand years! Think about it!

Isaiah 2:12
For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
Again, He is coming to rule with a rod of iron... no more "won't you please listen and turn from your ways"! Everyone shall bow to the name, which is to the authority, of Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God. Of course all this is taught in the New Testament as well!
Luke 14:11
For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Again, every knee shall bow!
Philip. 2:10
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

Romans 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

That includes the haughty Christians as well as the heathen.
Isaiah 2:13
And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
The cedars of Lebanon are symbolic of our people for their roots grow as deep as the tree is tall. Bashan was likewise known for its strong oaks and strong bulls as well. The point is that His just recompense shall come upon all those who lift themselves up, from the self-exalted in Israel to the self-exalted among the nations!
[14] And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
His judgment shall fall upon ALL exalted nations and governments, both the great (high mountains) and the small (hills).
[15] And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
If you have read the great Book of Nehemiah then you know that our Father is our wall of protection and security! But again, for the multitudes who worship the works of their own hands, they put their trust and their hopes and security in the systems of the world order, e.g. in their jobs, in their retirement funds, in their homes, in their health care plans, etc.!
[16] And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
The ships of Tarshish were richly laden vessels of commerce and thus symbolize commercialism, and "all pleasant pictures" are all those things that are pleasing to the eye, as in all the luxuries afforded in this generation to which there is no parallel in history. Yes, the wrath of God shall be poured out and His judgment shall be upon the great city, Babylon the Great, and all who minister to and whore after her idolatrous ways. This should remind those with eyes to see and ears to hear of Revelation 18 which speaks of this same judgment!
Rev. 18:17
For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

[18] And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

[19] And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

It is all coming down at the sound of the 7th Trump when Jesus Christ returns to this earth and that "stone cut out without hands (Dan. 2:45), i.e. our Rock, smashes the beast and his image.
Isaiah 2:17
And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Got the picture? Our Father wants to make sure we "see" this, even as this verse is given twice, as in repeated from vs. 11 for emphasis! Again, every haughty knee both nationally and individually, no matter what his or her social or economic status may be, shall bow to the King of kings. And no matter how much gold or silver one might have, he or she cannot buy his or her way out of this one! And no matter how much political or social power one might have or who of influence or importance one might know, there shall be "none to help!" You are on your own!
[18] And the idols He shall utterly abolish.
The whole idolatrous worldly system that has been placed before our people and has been so effectively used to deceived them, shall be utterly consumed and abolished!
Zech. 13:2
And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
The false prophets and their abominable traditions of men shall both cease at the coming of our Lord. Satan himself shall be cast back in the pit during the Millennium and our people are going to be taught the difference between the holy and the profane, which is the difference between the true Christ and the false Christ, and they shall learn to discern the difference between that which is unclean and that which is clean! It is written... and so shall it be! Ezekiel 44:23 "And they [the Zadok, the just ones] shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean."
Isaiah 2:19
And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
There's a great earthquake, a great shakeup, coming to this earth at the sound of the 7th Trump and many who have had their minds filled with idolatry and who have whored after the false-christ are going to be spiritually naked and ashamed on that day! And they are going to wish to hide and have the mountains and rocks fall upon them rather than have to face the LORD and be exposed to the brightness of His coming!
Rev. 6:15
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

[16] And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

[17] For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Who shall be able to stand? The answer is... God's elect shall be able to stand, those who love and serve Him, for He is not angry with His faithful children and His wrath shall not be poured out upon them! But woe unto those who have grabbed hold of the skirt of the one who claims to be the Lion of Judah and have willingly permitted him to spiritually seduce them and impregnate them with his lies and deception! Matthew 24:19 "And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!"
Isa. 2:20
In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
When they see the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ and realize they have been whores and harlots all along, they will drop those idols of gold and silver like hot potatoes! They will cast them to the moles and bats as they run to hide in the caves and rocks for those things shall be worthless at that time and won't do them a bit of good!
[21] To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of His majesty, when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
Make note of the fact this is also a repeated verse (from vs. 19), given twice for emphasis. So after "seeing" and realizing what shall happen when the King of kings and Lord of lords returns to execute judgment, which is just recompense and righteousness in all the earth, and how that the haughtiness of man and his ways shall be made low, consider this final instruction in chapter two.
[22] Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?
You cease and desist from listening to the lofty words of flesh men and women and you start listening to your Father, to His Word, for it is He before whom you shall stand and give account, not some man. You may have a high and mighty preacher but he or she is not going to be there to give account for you on that day! You are going to stand alone, so won't you turn to the Lord thy God and seek Him now, while it is yet today? He loves you very much and He is waiting to bless you and make your sins white as snow! And He has promised that you shall live and you shall eat of the good of the land.

Therefore make sure you don't follow after the traditions of men and find yourself suddenly shaken and woken up on that great day only to find yourself naked and ashamed at His coming. Take heed to that which is written and "cease ye from the lofty words of men"... and seek ye the LORD!

Amos 5:4
For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live:
