And you thought the idea of going to one market place to buy all your goodies, such as a mall or Walmart, etc. was a new idea.

Let's pick up the description of Tyre's greatness as she is liken to a great commercial vessel which rides upon the seas (many nations and peoples - see Rev. 17:15).

Ezekiel 27:8
The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.

[9]The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.

"All the ships of the sea", i.e. the whole world, traded and bartered with Tyre. She enriched many kings of earth (vs. 33) who sent their vessels to her ports, and one had better believe she also "trafficked" in political favors with the kings of the earth. There is nothing new under the sun.

[10]They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee; they set forth thy comeliness.

[11] The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.

Yes, it all looked so wonderful and beautiful, the perfect picture and type of Babylon the great, Peace and Security and Prosperity for all who trade with her. Who could want for more? Surely this is a good thing, isn't it?  Only a deceived people who cannot see the political corruption, the economic enslavement, the mis-education and the idolatry to the gods of gold and silver, would make such statement. She's going to SINK and be no more, remember? God said so!

Ezekiel 27:12
Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.

[13]Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market.

[14] They of the house of Togarmah traded in thy fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.

[15] The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.

"Merchants come to you from Rhodes, and many coastlands are your captive markets, giving payment in ebony and ivory." LB

Ezekiel 27:16
Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making: they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.

[17] Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.

[18] Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.

Ezekiel 27:19
Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.

[20] Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

[21]Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.

Ezekiel 27:22
The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

[23] Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were thy merchants.

[24]These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.

[25]The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.

But uh oh, Tyre! You have forgotten God Almighty in all your trafficking and corrupt dealings with merchants and kings, etc. We see you worship the Queen of Heaven, Ishtar (Easter) and you have drawn the nations of world into your one world system through the use (misuse) of the Four Hidden Dynasties.You are headed for troubled waters!

Ezekiel 27:26
Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.

[27] Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.

Rev. 18:2
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Ezekiel 27:28
The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

[29]And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;

[30]And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:

[31] And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.

Rev. 18:10
Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.

[11]And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:

[12]The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,

[13]And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

[14]And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

[15] The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

We have therefore SEEN the Future from SEEING the Past!

Ezekiel 27:32
And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?

[33] When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.

Rev. 18:3
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Ezekiel 27:34
In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.

[35] All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

[36] The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.

Rev. 18:21
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Satan's servants will do verse 19:

Rev. 18:19
And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

[20]Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

We have now seen how Satan operates his "ship" and how that once he gets her up and sailing along he soon has all the nations of the world, including the Christian nations (I speak of today), going to and fro and trafficking their goods and services in his markets which he controls through the power of the four hidden dynasties.Tyrus, which means "rock", was a forerunner, a type which we could SEE, of the one world system that exists in these end times.And our faith has been increased in knowing that our Father said He would completely destroy Tyrus and all the corruption that went along with it, and He did just that, just as He has said He will destroy the New World Order, the beast system of Rev. 13, when Jesus Christ returns.

Now we are going to be given the "inside scoop", to use a little of Satan's market lingo, about the perverted individual behind all the graft and corruption and deceit that entangles and draws people away from God's righteous ways. He is described first as the "prince" of Tyrus and then as the "king" of Tyrus.

Perhaps it should be pointed out that there are some very fine scholars who say that "prince" is to be distinguished as the "type" from the "king" of Tyrus in that the prince was a mere man and the "king" refers to Satan himself. Even so, if the prince is a "type" then all of his characteristics are "types" and apply to Satan anyway. The point is that this entire 28th chapter of Ezekiel is all about Satan and how he became corrupt and how he corrupted the nations and the children of God with his "ship" of Tyrus, both in the first earth age* and now in this one.

Ezekiel 28:1
The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

[2] Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
