Pamphlet 5038 KC Daniel 16-1

Understand that these beasts are not sequential dominions
but are dominions or kingdoms that co-exist alongside each other
until the fourth beast comes and tramples all over them.

In our last study Daniel gave us a characteristic description of the first three of the four beasts he saw "come up from the sea" (Dan. 7:3), i.e. rise up from the peoples and nations, which was a composite view of the New World Order just prior to the rise of the fourth beast.

He described the first beast as being like unto a lion and it had eagle's wings, and the second as being like unto a bear, and the third as being like unto a leopard which had the mastery over the New World Order, i.e. domination was given to it (Dan. 7:6), because it had four heads, meaning it controlled the Four Hidden Dynasties.

Those who have eyes to see and ears to hear already know that it is the kenites, the sons of Cain (Kayin), who control those Four Hidden Dynasties of Politics, Education, Economics, and Religion which they are using to bring forth economic globalization and one worldism.

We were also given the timeframe of this vision of Daniel which was at the beginning of the reign of king Belshazzar, the last king of Babylon, letting us know that these beasts, which are dominions, are all present when the fourth beast headed by antichrist comes to this earth.

Remember what Jesus Christ told us concerning this final generation, that nation would rise against (epi, alongside) nation and kingdom against kingdom which would be the beginning of the labor pangs that would bring forth the final earthshaking events and ultimately the birth of a new age.

To wit, it has come to pass that the nations of the world are rising alongside one another in a globalized fashion.

The Millennium Summit (September 2000)

This was the largest gathering of leaders and heads of state in the history of mankind which included both the ethnic nations of the world and the kingdom nations of the world all standing alongside each other in the marketplace (Mat. 24:7).

Now in as much as the Book of Daniel is the apocalypse of the Old Testament, it corresponds to the Book of Revelation which is the apocalypse of the New Testament, and so they go hand in hand and overlay one another.

So let's go to the 13th chapter of Revelation and read what John has to say about that same beast Daniel saw rise up out of the sea.

Rev. 13:1-2
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
We noted in our last study that Satan is going to have the same basic power structure at the end of this flesh age as he had at the end of the first earth age (compare Rev. 12:3 to Rev. 13:1), and this verse describes what the structure of his One World System looks like.

Of course there is no single beast on earth that can even come close to being used as an analogy to describe such a multi-headed ten-horned monster as this.Verse 13:2 now gives us a picture of the dominions that comprise it.

[2] And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
Understand that these beasts are not sequential dominions but are dominions or kingdoms that co-exist alongside each other until the fourth beast comes and tramples all over them.

This one world system is set up by the kenites using their mastery over the Four Hidden Dynasties, those four horns of Zechariah 1, which are the same as the four horses of Revelation  6.

And we just read that it is the dragon, Satan himself, who gives power unto the New World Order as it continues to rise and grow in strength.

Daniel is now going to tell us about the fourth beast, the one that is so dreadful and terrible and strong exceedingly, the one he is particularly interested in knowing about and will specifically ask for a further explanation of.

Daniel 7:7
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
The residue (Strong's #7606) that the fourth beast stamps with its feet are the rest of the beasts, i.e. the other three.

Again, these first three beasts do not destroy one another nor do they succeed one another.

They are simply crushed and dominated by the fourth beast because of the presence of the supernatural that gives it great strength and power.

In other words, it is the supernatural that makes this fourth beast so diverse from the other beasts in that it has ten horns, which if you recall are Satan's angels who are cast out with him to this earth in Rev. 12:7-9.

These ten horns are the same ten horns we find in Revelation 17 where they are described as ten kings who receive power one hour with the beast causing it to be dreadful (formidable) and terrible and strong exceedingly (strong pre-eminently).

Some call this fourth beast a non-descript beast but as we shall see, such is not the case.

Rev. 17:11-14
And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
There is only one who has been sentenced to go into perdition and that is the son of perdition, Satan himself, the religious beast.
[12] And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
Again, Satan's angels come with him when he is cast out of heaven to this earth and they reign with him for that great hour of temptation that comes upon the whole world to try those who dwell in the earth (Rev. 3:10).

Satan shall pretend, as in put forth the image, that he is Jesus Christ and his angels shall present themselves as angels of light, as the kings and priests of the Most High (though they are the fallen angels of darkness).

[13] These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
Once more we see here how it is the beast becomes so formidable and so exceedingly strong.

The ten kings give (add) their power and strength to the New World Order, giving it great ability and spiritual power to subdue all peoples and nations, multitudes and languages.

There has never been a time like it in the history of mankind... nor shall there ever be again.

[14] These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with Him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
Are you one of those who are going to be with Jesus Christ, one who is called, and chosen, and faithful?

Remember, we have the victory in Him.

Daniel 7:8
I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
The "little horn" is one of the names of Satan who comes at the sound of the 6th Trump.

And he is such a "little horn", a little would-be king who thinks himself to be something great!

Nevertheless, just as we know that Jesus Christ is called by different names such as the Messiah, Son of God, Emmanuel, Wonderful Counselor, Lord and Savior, Son of Righteousness, King of Kings, etc., so is Satan called by many different names.

Here is a compilation of some of his names, many of which you will find listed in the Companion Bible in the marginal notes to this eighth verse.

the king of Babylon (Isa 14:4)
the Assyrian (Isa 14:25)
Lucifer, son of the morning (Isa 14:12)
the Prince that shall come (Dan 9:26)
the dragon (Rev 20:2)
the serpent (Rev 20:2)
the king of fierce countenance (Dan 8:23)
the vile person (Dan 11:21)
the willful king (Dan 11:36)
the man of sin (2 Thes 2:3)
the son of perdition (2 Thes 2:3)
that wicked one (2 Thes 2:3)
Also, the "great things" he will be speaking are most blasphemous for he will claim that he is God.
[9] I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and His wheels as burning fire.
Whoa, what are we talking about here... wheels as burning fire?

Remember that Daniel saw in his summary vision right up to the sound of the 7th Trump when thrones are cast down and the saints of the Most High take the Kingdom and are set over the whole realm.

Daniel even saw the Ancient of Days and His wheels (whirlwind or whirling thing), which is simply the vehicle that carries His throne, even the chariot of fire, the Chariot of Israel (2 Kings 9:11), that same whirling vehicle that took Elijah up into heaven.

Now let us pause and think for a moment.

Suppose you lived several thousand years ago, like Ezekiel and Daniel, and you saw what we today would simply describe as a spaceship, like the USS Enterprise or even our own Space Shuttle.

We who live in these last days when knowledge and technology has been so increased, can easily describe such a vehicle, but if all there was in your day such things as horses and carts then how on earth would you describe something like a space vehicle!

Your very language would be void of the technical words needed to describe it.

Well, Ezekiel did see some "spaceships" and he gives us a detailed description of them.

Not only that, our Father was aboard one of them with His throne, which is the same vehicle and the same throne Daniel saw.

To that end, it is probably worthwhile going to the first chapter of Ezekiel and read his description of the "flying wheels" he saw.

In fact, the entire first chapter of the book of Ezekiel describes these highly polished bronze vehicles which today we call UFO's, which stands for Unidentified Flying Objects.

Of course we can call them IFO's, Identified Flying Objects, because we know from God's Word that they surely do exist.

By the way, the first generation that would come along that would be able to understand what Ezekiel is describing would be the generation that first saw space travel... and that would be the Baby Boomer generation, the generation of the fig tree.

Here are a few verses of Ezekiel's description of the "flying wheels".

Ezekiel 1:4
And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.
Take a Strong's Concordance and look up the word "amber" and you'll see that it means highly polished bronze.

The Septuagint and Vulgate translate it, "electrum"; a brilliant metal compounded of gold and silver.

Also, the word "colour" is "ayin" in Hebrew which means "eye" or "appears to the eye".

In other words, the phrase "the color of amber" simply means that this whirling vehicle that came out of the north "looked to the eye" like "highly polished bronze"... and it came and landed before him.

Drop down to verse 16:
Ezekiel 1:16
   The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.
This is a fantastic description of four highly polished spectrum metal whirling vehicles that all looked alike.

Again, Ezekiel did not have the terminology and the language available to him to aptly describe a spacecraft.

But we Baby Boomers who have grown up with Star Trek have no problem at all seeing the vision, i.e. getting the picture.

[17] When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went.
Picture a wheel like one Ezekiel would be familiar with, a wagon wheel for example, that is straight up and down, i.e. vertical.

Well, these wheels were not that way but rather were horizontal, on their sides, flying saucer-style.

And because they where circular they did not turn when they went like a wagon cart would do.

They just went in whatever direction they chose to go.

Makes sense to us, but it sure was something new and unique to Ezekiel.

[18] As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.
There were four vehicles, call them escort ships, along with the mother ship in their midst that carried the throne of God.

These incredible vehicles "were full of eyes round about them" meaning they had windows or port holes that were all lit up and Ezekiel could see inside.

Once again keep in mind that no one in Ezekiel's day had ever seen anything like this nor even imagined something as miraculous as this must have appeared!

Try again to imagine living just a few hundred years ago and all of a sudden out of the north sky "a big and dreadfully awesome metallic looking thing with wings and a sound like roaring thunder" (a 747 Jumbo Jet) comes and lands in your field, especially at night with all its lights aglow!

Wow!

[19] And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up.
Ezekiel could see the people inside the "wheels" and when the wheels flew the people were lifted up and flew too.

Obviously when a jet or a plane or a helicopter takes off, the people inside take off with it.

[20] Whithersoever the spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
All this goes to show that there is nothing new under the sun!

Man thinks his technology is so tremendous.

Well, you "ain't seen nothin' yet" until you see the vehicles Satan and his angels will have at their disposal when they are cast out of heaven to this dimension.

That's one of the reasons we came here, so that we can prepare our minds for the awesome events that are about to transpire... and they will be awesome indeed!

Jesus Christ told us in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 when He sat upon the Mount of Olives and gave His disciples the seven seals concerning the knowledge and the events that would transpire during the final generation of the fig tree, that the book of Daniel was where one could go read and gain understanding concerning the abomination of desolation, that abominable desolator (antichrist) who would come stand in the holy place claiming to be God.
The book of Daniel is the Apocalypse of the Old Testament
and a sister book to the Apocalypse of the New Testament,
the book of Revelation.

To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits; to understand it, the highest of all goals.
