Pamphlet #4308
You must study His (God's) Word verse by verse, chapter by chapter and book by book to gain knowledge.
My
Hi-lite: Isaiah 28:9
Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall
he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and
drawn from the breasts.
10
For precept must be upon precept, precept
upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there
a little:
11
For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
12
To
whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest;
and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
13
But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon
precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little;
that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
This is the only way to gain knowledge.
Trees are used as examples of people throughout the Bible
Genesis
2:10 And a river went out of Eden to
water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
11
The
name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land
of Havilah, where there is gold;
12
And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.
13
And
the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the
whole land of Ethiopia.
14
And the name of the third river is Hiddekel:
that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river
is Euphrates.
15
And
the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress
it and to keep it.
16
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying,(***)Of
every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17
But
of the
tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in
the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Note: (***)There were other trees (men/spirit beings/angels) in the garden who apparently were not evil as was Satan.
Our
daily bread, the bread of life, is the Word of God.
We
are to eat it ALL.
It
is what God's servants do!
