2 groups of humans: The predestination group(see #1 below) and The free choice group(see #2 below).
Scripture: Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect
Yes,
some of us are born with free choice. But, some of us are not!
Jeremiah 1:5 Before
I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out
of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained
thee a prophet unto the nations.
6 Then said
I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.
7 But the
LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that
I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.
8 Be not afraid
of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
9 Then the
LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me,
Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
Romans 9:11
(For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil,
that
the purpose of God according to election might stand,
not of works, but of him that calleth;)
12 It was
said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13 As it is
written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
Romans 8:29
¶For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate
to be conformed to the image of his Son, that
he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover
whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them
he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Ephesians 1:1
¶Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ
by
the will of God, to the saints which
are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace be
to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 ¶Blessed
be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with
all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According
as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we
should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated
us unto the adoption of children by Jesus
Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise
of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
7 In whom
we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according
to the riches of his grace;
8 Wherein
he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9 Having made
known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which
he hath purposed in himself:
10 That in
the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one
all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth;
even in him:
11 In
whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated
according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel
of his own will:
Colossians 3:12
¶Put on therefore, as the elect of God,
holy
and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness,
longsuffering;
13
Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel
against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above
all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let
the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in
one body; and be ye thankful.
16 Let the
word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing
one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace
in your hearts to the Lord.
17 And
whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
John 15:9 ¶As
the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
10 If ye keep
my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's
commandments, and abide in his love.
11 These things
have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your
joy might be full.
12 This is
my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
13 Greater
love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
14 Ye are
my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth
I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth:
but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father
I have made known unto you.
16 Ye have
not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should
go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever
ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
17 These things
I command you, that ye love one another.
Isaiah 65:11
¶But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain,
that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering
unto that number.
12 Therefore
will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter:
because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear;
but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted
not.
13 Therefore
thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be
hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold,
my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
14 Behold,
my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of
heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
15 And ye
shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall
slay thee, and call his servants by another name:
16 That he
who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth;
and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because
the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
Isaiah 66:4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
Proverbs 1:24
Because I have called, and ye refused;
I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded;
John 6:64 But
there are some of you that believe not. For
Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not,
and who should betray him.
65 And he
said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man
can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
John 13:18 ¶I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Romans 9:11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
Ephesians 1:4
According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world,
that
we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5

of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure
of his will,

of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit
it, and my servants shall dwell there.

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if
any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will
sup with him, and he with me.
21
To him that overcometh will I grant to sit
with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my
Father in his throne.

Isaiah 66:3 He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.
Hebrews 11:24
By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son
of Pharaoh's daughter;
25 Choosing
rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures
of sin for a season;
Joshua 24:22
And Joshua said unto the people, Ye are witnesses against yourselves that
ye have chosen you the LORD, to serve him.
And they said, We are witnesses.

heart unto the LORD God of Israel.

To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits;
to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy
Spirit, you accomplish both.
