Joshua
16:1 ¶And the lot of the children of Joseph fell from Jordan
by Jericho, unto the water of Jericho on the east, to the wilderness that
goeth up from Jericho throughout mount Bethel,
2
And goeth out from Bethel to Luz, and passeth along unto the borders of
Archi to Ataroth,
3
And goeth down westward to the coast of Japhleti, unto the coast of Bethhoron
the nether, and to Gezer: and the goings out thereof are at the sea.
4
So the children of Joseph, Manasseh and Ephraim, took their inheritance.
5
¶And the border of the children of Ephraim according to their families
was thus: even the border of their inheritance on the east side was Atarothaddar,
unto Bethhoron the upper;
6
And the border went out toward the sea to Michmethah on the north side;
and the border went about eastward unto Taanathshiloh, and passed by it
on the east to Janohah;
7
And it went down from Janohah to Ataroth, and to Naarath, and came to Jericho,
and went out at Jordan.
8
The border went out from Tappuah westward unto the river Kanah; and the
goings out thereof were at the sea. This is the inheritance of the tribe
of the children of Ephraim by their families.
9
And the separate cities for the children of Ephraim were among the inheritance
of the children of Manasseh, all the cities with their villages.
Failure of Ephraim (Dt.7:2; Cp.Judg.1:29;
Hos.9:8-17)
10
And they drave not out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer: but the Canaanites
dwell among the Ephraimites unto this day, and serve under tribute.
Deuteronomy
7:2 And when the LORD thy God shall
deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, [*]
and
utterly
destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto
them
Judges
1:29 Neither did Ephraim drive out the
Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwelt in Gezer among
them.
Hosea
9:8 The watchman of Ephraim was with
my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred
in the house of his God. 9 They
have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he
will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins. 10
I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness;
I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time:
but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and
their abominations were according as they loved. 11
¶As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird, from the
birth, and from the womb, and from the conception. 12
Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there
shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
13
Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall
bring forth his children to the murderer. 14
Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and
dry breasts. 15
All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness
of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no
more: all their princes are revolters. 16
Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea,
though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their
womb. 17
My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and
they shall be wanderers among the nations.
Our ancestors just couldn't seem
to follow the Lord's instructions to the letter. Same problem we have today,
even in our Christian churches. We were told to utterly destroy them.
(utterly) destroy = exterminate

Corinthians 10:11 Now all these things
happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition,
upon whom the ends of the world are come.
Israel in the wilderness
1 Corinthians 10:1
¶Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that
all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 And were all baptized unto Moses
in the cloud and in the sea;
3 And did all eat the same spiritual
meat;
4 And did all drink the same spiritual
drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that
Rock was Christ.
5 But with many of them God was
not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
6 ¶Now these things were our
examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also
lusted.
7 Neither be ye idolaters, as were
some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and
rose up to play.
8 Neither let us commit fornication,
as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
9 Neither let us tempt Christ, as
some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
10 Neither murmur ye, as some of
them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
Wilderness experiences an example
11 Now
all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written
for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
12 Wherefore let him that thinketh
he standeth take heed lest he fall.
13 There hath no temptation taken
you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer
you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation
also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved,
flee from idolatry.
15 ¶I speak as to wise men;
judge ye what I say.
Editor's question.: Just who are the children of Israel and where
are they today?
History shows that the northern 10 tribes migrated north
over the Caucasus Mountains (hence called Caucasians) and became known
as the Cimmerians, the Celts, the Saxons ('Saac's sons), etc., and settled
in western Europe, the British isles, and later many migrated to the Americas.

Man on a Black Horse)
and the
teachings of our schools and media. (The
Man on a Pale Horse)
Did you know all four are
being ridden by Satan?
By
the way! Do
you
want some wisdom???? Rev.
13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that
hath understanding count
the number of the beast: for it is the number
of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
How
do I count the number of the beast?"
Read pamphlet
#1761.
It will explain!
Editor's question: When we are
ask to count the number of the beast, aren't we are really being ask to
count the number of Satan's descendants living among us?
To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits;
to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy
Spirit, you accomplish both.
