Deuteronomy
Chapter
32
Song of Moses See Rev.15 & 16
Deuteronomy
32:1 ¶Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O
earth, the words of my mouth.
2
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew,
as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
3
Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto
our God.
4
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God
of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
5
They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children:
they are a perverse and crooked generation.
God's selection and protection
Danger of apostasy and judgement
[*] Did He Ever! The Christian nations of the world were founded by Israelites who lost their remembrance of who they are and where they came from. They even now believe they are gentiles. See #1064 and #1020
27
Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries
should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand
is high, and the LORD hath not done all this.
28
For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding
in them.
29
O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider
their latter end!
30
How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except
their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up?
31
For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.
32
For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah:
their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:
33
Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
34
Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?
35
To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due
time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall
come upon them make haste.
36
For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants,
when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.
37
And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,
38
Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their
drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.
39
¶See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill,
and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver
out of my hand.
40
For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
41
If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will
render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
42
I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh;
and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning
of revenges upon the enemy.
43
Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of
his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be
merciful unto his land, and to his people.
Moses finishes speaking the song
to all Israel
44
¶And Moses came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of
the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun.
45
And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel:
46
And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify
among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to
do, all the words of this law.
47
For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through
this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan
to possess it.
Moses ordered up Mount Nebo
48
And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying,
49
Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the
land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan,
which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:
50
And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people;
as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:
51
Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters
of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not
in the midst of the children of Israel.
52
Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither
unto the land which I give the children of Israel.
Moses' sin:
Years of wandering: [6] death of Miriam
Numbers
20:1 ¶Then came the children of Israel, even the whole congregation,
into the desert of Zin in the first month: and the people abode in Kadesh;
and Miriam died there, and was buried there.
Years of wandering: [7] thirst in Meribah-Kadesh (Dt.32:51;
cp.Ex.17:1-7)
Deuteronomy
32:51 Because ye trespassed against
me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the
wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children
of Israel.
Exodus
17:1 ¶And all the congregation
of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their
journeys, according to the commandment of the LORD, and pitched in Rephidim:
and there was no water for the people to drink. 2
Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that
we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore
do ye tempt the LORD? 3
And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against
Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of
Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst? 4
And
Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they
be almost ready to stone me. 5
And
the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of
the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take
in thine hand, and go. 6
Behold,
I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite
the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink.
And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. 7
And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the
chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying,
Is the LORD among us, or not?
Numbers
20:2 And there was no water for the congregation: and they gathered
themselves together against Moses and against Aaron.
3
And the people chode with Moses, and spake, saying, Would God that we had
died when our brethren died before the LORD!
4
And why have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness,
that we and our cattle should die there?
5
And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto
this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of
pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.
6
And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door
of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces:
and the glory of the LORD appeared unto them.
Sin of Moses in smiting the rock
Numbers
20:7 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
8
Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy
brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give
forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock:
so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.
9
And Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded him.
10
And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock,
and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out
of this rock?
11
And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice:
and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their
beasts also.

of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which

Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the
same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed
them: and that Rock was Christ.
History shows that the northern 10 tribes migrated north over the Caucasus Mountains (hence called Caucasians) and became known as the Cimmerians, the Celts, the Saxons ('Saac's sons), etc., and settled in western Europe, the British isles, and later many migrated to the Americas. By the way! Do you want some wisdom???? Rev. 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

It will explain!
Editor's question: When we are
