Exodus
Chapter

Moses' commission renewed
Exodus
7:1 ¶And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god
to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.
2
Thou shalt speak all that I command thee: and Aaron thy brother shall speak
unto Pharaoh, that he send the children of Israel out of his land.
3
And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders
in the land of Egypt.
4
But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt,
and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out
of the land of Egypt by great judgments.
5Genesis
25:20 And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife,
the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the
Syrian. [*] And
the
Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when
I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel
from among them.
[*] "Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD" A prophetic sign. The nations and everyone in them will know the Lord and every knee shall bow to Him when He returns at the 7th trump. [Isa.2:1-4; 45:21-25; Ezek.37:28; Rom.14:11]
Isaiah
2:1 ¶The word that Isaiah the son
of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
2
And
it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S
house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted
above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
3
And
many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain
of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of
his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth
the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4
And
he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they
shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks:
nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn
war any more.
Isaiah
45:21 Tell ye, and bring them near;
yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient
time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is
no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
22
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God,
and there is none else.
23
I
have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness,
and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall
swear.
24
Surely,
shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him
shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
25
In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
Ezekiel 37:28 And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.
Romans
14:11 For it is written, As I live,
saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess
to God.
History shows that the northern 10 tribes migrated north over the Caucasus Mountains (hence called Caucasians) and became known as the Cimmerians, the Celts, the Saxons ('Saac's sons), etc., and settled in western Europe, the British isles, and later many migrated to the Americas. Aaron's rod becomes a serpent;
Exodus
7:8 ¶And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
9
When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying, Shew a miracle for you: then
thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, and
it shall become a serpent.
10
And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had
commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants,
and it became a serpent.
11
Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians
of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments.
12
For they cast down every man his rod, [*]
and they became
serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their
rods.
[*] Compare Ex.4:2. As here
the serpents, symbols of Satan who had the power of death [Heb.2:14; Rev.12:9],
Hebrews
2:14 ¶Forasmuch then as the children
are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of
the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of
death, that is, the devil;
Revelation
12:9 And the great dragon was cast out,
that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole
world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with
him.
are swallowed up, so in resurrection
death will be "swallowed up in victory" [1 Cor.15:54]
1
Corinthians 15:54 So when this corruptible
shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed
up in victory.
Note: Num.17:8.
Numbers
17:8 ¶And it came to pass, that
on the morrow Moses went into the tabernacle of witness; and, behold, the
rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and brought forth buds,
and bloomed blossoms, and yielded almonds.
[Aaron's
rod that budded was a type of Christ in resurrection. Victory was won by
our Lord Jesus Christ through His death at Calvary for sin, and His resurrection.
The magicians could not do many
of the miracles, nor could they protect themselves from the plagues (8:18;
9:11).
Exodus
8:18 And the magicians did so with their
enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice
upon man, and upon beast.
Exodus
9:11 And the magicians could not stand
before Moses because of the boils; for the boil was upon the magicians,
and upon all the Egyptians.
Satan, though he can perform some
miricales, is limited in his power, to the future, when in the end times
he will call fire down from heaven, and do various kinds of miracles to
deceive men, many professing Christians no less, into believing
he is Christ (Mt.24:24; 2 Th.2:2-4; Rev.13:2-18; 16:13-16; 19:20)
Matthew
24:24 For there shall arise false Christs,
and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that,
if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
2
Thessalonians 2:2 That ye be not soon
shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by
letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3
¶Let no man deceive you by any
means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first,
and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or
that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing
himself that he is God.
Revelation
13:2-18 And the beast which I saw was
like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth
as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat,
and great authority. 3 And
I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound
was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4
And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and
they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able
to make war with him? 5 And
there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;
and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy
against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell
in heaven. 7
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome
them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8 And all
that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written
in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
9 If any
man have an ear, let him hear. 10
He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth
with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and
the faith of the saints. 11
¶And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and
he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12
And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and
causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast,
whose deadly wound was healed. 13
And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from
heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to
them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast,
which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15
And he had power to give life unto the
image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and
cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be
killed. 16 And
he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17
And that no man might buy or sell, save
he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here
is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:
for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred
threescore
and six.
Revelation
16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits
like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of
the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14
For they are the spirits of devils,
working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the
whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15 Behold,
I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments,
lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. 16
And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue
Armageddon.
Revelation
19:20 And the beast was taken, and with
him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived
them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped
his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with
brimstone.
But, those Christians who endured
to the end are saved. Enduring to the end means not believing Satan, when
he comes to earth first claiming he is Christ.
Matthew
10:16 ¶Behold, I send you forth
as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and
harmless as doves. 17 But
beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will
scourge you in their synagogues;
18
And ye shall be brought before governors
and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. 19
But when they deliver you up, take no
thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same
hour what ye shall speak. 20 For
it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in
you. 21 And
the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child:
and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to
be put to death. 22
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but
he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
But, professing Christian, how
will you know if you are not eating your daily bread. Jesus is the
bread of life. Yes, He said, "I told you all things." It's right there
in the little black book, the one there on your coffee table, gathering
dust.
John
6:22 ¶The day following, when the;people
which stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was none other
boat there, save that one whereinto his disciples were entered, and that
Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples
were gone away alone; 23 (Howbeit
there came other boats from Tiberias nigh unto the place where they did
eat bread, after that the Lord had given thanks:) 24
When the people therefore saw that Jesus
was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping, and came
to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus. 25 And
when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him,
Rabbi, when camest thou hither? 26 Jesus
answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not
because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and
were filled.
John
6:27 Labour
not for the meat which perisheth, but
for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life,
which the Son of man shall give unto you:
for him hath God the Father sealed 28
¶Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work
the works of God? 29 Jesus
answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on
him whom he hath sent. 30 They
said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see,
and believe thee? what dost thou work? 31
Our fathers did eat manna in the desert;
as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. 32
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily,
I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven;
but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33 For
the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto
the world. 34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this
bread. 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that
cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never
thirst. 36
But I said unto you, That ye also have
seen me, and believe not. 37
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh
to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For
I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that
sent me. 39 And
this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath
given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last
day. 40 And
this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son,
and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up
at the last day.
That little book has everything
you need to know to tell the difference between the two, the false-christ
and the True Christ. The holy and the profane. Eat
it! and live.

First plague - Water turned to blood
Exodus
7:14 ¶And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh's heart is hardened,
he refuseth to let the people go.
15
Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water;
and thou shalt stand by the river's brink against he come; and the rod
which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.
16
And thou shalt say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto
thee, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness:
and, behold, hitherto thou wouldest not hear.
17
Thus saith the LORD, In this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold,
I will smite with the rod that is in mine hand upon the waters which are
in the river, [*] and
they shall be turned to blood.
[*]Exodus
4:9 And it shall come to pass, if they
will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice,
that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour it upon the dry
land: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood
upon the dry land.

And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch
out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their
rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they
may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of
Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.
20
And Moses and Aaron did so, as the LORD commanded; and he lifted up the
rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh,
and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river
were turned to blood.
21
And the fish that was in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians
could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout
all the land of Egypt.

7:23 And Pharaoh turned and went into his house, neither did he set
his heart to this also.
24
And all the Egyptians digged round about the river for water to drink;
for they could not drink of the water of the river.

And seven days were fulfilled, after that the LORD had smitten the river.
