"President  George  Washington's Thoughts on Firearms"

by Joe Spenner

When any, nation mistrusts it's citizens with guns,
it is sending a clear message.

IT no longer trusts its citizens,
BECAUSE SUCH A GOVERNMENT HAS EVIL PLANS!

The British attempt to seize muskets, gun powder and cannon
at Lexington and Concord was proof of their plans of coming oppression!

The Roman's siege of Carthage, 157 B.C.,
where the Romans made a treaty with Carthage
saying if only the would turn over their swords (hand guns),
spears (rifles) and catapults (artillery),
they would allow them to live in peace.
THEN CAME THE AWFUL ASSAULT!  THE ROMANS SLAUGHTERED MOST OF THE POPULATION,
BURNED THE CITY AND EVEN PLOWED UP THE GROUND!

Have we forgotten the traitorous treaty our country
made with the Cherokee Indians and the treatment of Chief Joseph?

Now we are faced with treatment from our own kind and it isn't funny!

Read the attached comments about "The Role of Firearms,"
by President George Washington and help spread their wisdom.

“Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself.”

“They are the American people’s liberty teeth
and keystone under independence.
The church, the prairie wagon and citizen’s firearms are indelibly related.”

“From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day,
events, occurrences, and tendencies prove
that to insure peace, security, and happiness,
the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable.”

“Every corner of this land knows firearms,
and more than 99 99/100 percent of them
by their silence indicate they are in safe and sane hands.”

“The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference.
They deserve a place of honor with all that’s good.”

    President   George  Washington
     Address to the Second Session
     First United States Congress
