Now think carefully about this next question. Must you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and accept His sacrifice for your sins while here in the flesh?
What about the people born before He paid the price on the cross?
They couldn't very well do that then, could they?
Jesus hadn't paid the price while they dwelt here on earth in the flesh.
That of course is why He went to those spirits (1 Pet. 3:19) while His body lay in the tomb and many washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb at that time!
To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits;
to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy
Spirit, you accomplish both.
