 We must have the wisdom from His Word to understand our Father's great purpose in the wondrous work which He shall work in these last days.

Ezekiel further explains in the 39th chapter the purpose concerning the "destruction from the Almighty" of that great army which comes from the north against true Israel:

Ezekiel 39:5
Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD.
It is part of His wondrous PLAN of which "He has foretold all things" (Mk. 13:23), i.e. exactly how it is all going down!
[6] And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Behold, the knowledge of His Glory shall be known in all the earth!
[7] So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.
Behold, the knowledge of His Glory shall be known in ALL the earth!
[8] Behold, it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.
The pouring out of the Wrath of God at the 7th Trump and the 7th Vial puts an end to it ALL, i.e. the evil rudiments of this world! Finis! All done! Welcome to the Kingdom of God where His truth shall go forth as a mighty river and His laws and precepts shall be enforced with a rod of iron! Let's check it out in Revelation.
Rev. 16:17
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
"It is Done!" These are the same words He spoke when He concluded the wonderful work of His first advent, when He came as the Lamb to be slain. John 19:30 "When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, He said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."
[18] And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

[19] And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Here it comes!
[20] And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

[21] And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Holy Hail! It is finally over! Behold, the knowledge of His Glory shall be known in ALL the earth!

To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits; to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you accomplish both.
