So when God says He gives you all power over the enemy, YOU'VE GOT IT!
Before the sound of the 6th Trump, while we are still in that "grace period" of the 5th Trump, our Father has this to say to His children:
Why turn to your Father? Even besides the fact that He loves you so much, there is none other who can save you!Joel 2:12
Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
Peter declares the patience and longsuffering of the Lord because of the love He has for His children. 2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."[13] And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
And you know what? Since He is in TOTAL CONTROL of all things in both heaven and earth, and since He loves you, His child, so very, very much, if you turn to Him with all your heart and mind and soul and seek Him through His Word, He will see to it that your Gospel Armor is "fire proof" and you have spiritual Gospel Armor Boots (GAB) to squish locusts and scorpions. He can do it because He has ALL POWER!
So when He says He gives you all power over the enemy, YOU'VE GOT IT!Matthew 28:18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
So the question is...Luke 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions (Satan and other evil spiritual beings), and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
The answer is: You know! If you turn to Him, you can have His blessings right now!Joel 2:14
Who knoweth if He will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?
There will be plenty of corn and wine for you for your Father will see to it that the death angel, Apollyon, and his locust army Passes Over your house because you are His child and you now dwell in His vineyard where locusts dare not go!
