The Constitution

states

These Twelve Words ",with such exceptions and under

such regulations as the Congress shall make."

Article III, Section 2 (2) of the United States Constitution says, "In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, and those in which a State shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction.  In all the other cases before mentioned the supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions and under such regulations as the Congress shall make."

I am not an English language expert, but those twelve words are pretty plain.

the United States Constitution

gives

the United States Congress

the Authority

to Overrule the Supreme Court

Our Congressmen would like us to think that they are powerless to do any thing about many of our problems, because the Supreme Court has or may rule our laws Unconstitutional. Bull! That is their convenient way of putting off tough decisions. Blame it on the Court.

Congress has the authority to tell the Court when to step aside; legislation is to stand as legislated, with out court interference.

The Supreme Court is not Infallible

The Supreme Court has over ruled its self (earlier decisions) 147 times, therefore, we know that on at least 147 occasions it ruled wrongly.   Either the original decision was unconstitutional or the over rule was unconstitutional; they can't both be right.

Why is our congress not stepping in to correct these abuses?

Many court rulings are made by a 5 to 4 vote, therefore, we know that many of those decisions are wrong.
Why is our congress not stepping in to correct this?

The Supreme Court

is

Creating Legislation

from the Bench

The court has shown its ability to take plain language and "interpret" it so as to achieve the opposite of our Founding Father's intended result and in effect to do precisely what it wants to do.

It is obvious that by rearranging sentences any substantial text mean whatever one wants it to mean.

It is by such rearranging that all branches of the United States government derive their steadily expanding authority, which, collectively at least is unlimited.

We, are not paying attention

Is it because "we the people" are not too overly bright
that our government is allowed to do just about any thing it wishes
or is it that we just don't pay attention?

The Republicans and Democrats

in Congress

would sooner sit back

and point fingers

at the Court

and the President

than make the hard decisions,

truly Representing Us

It's safer for them at re-election time if they aren't blamed for unpopular legislation.

Congress prefers to leave the president and the court with a free hand, reserving the right at all times to blame them if such a tactic fits the mood of the electorate.

We the people

buy into that

and don't demand

that they do their jobs

How many more

Roe Versus Wade

type Decisions

will it take?

When will we Say

"Enough is Enough"

The United States Congress is not capable of reaching a consensus of most problems
because most problems are local in nature and require local solutions,
That's why our Founding Fathers chose to limit the duties of the federal government when writing the constitution.

When will we switch our loyalty
to a Constitutionally Focussed Party?

If we continue to support the two major parties

who have taken us to where we are,

I fear for our future.

I call on good Citizens

the rich and the poor,

the strong and the weak,

from our smallest towns,

to our largest cities,

all of us living in Pennsylvania

and out of Pennsylvania

to change your party affiliation;

become a member of a Constitutionally focussed third Party;

become a principled candidate

for Local office,

for County office,

for State office,

for National office;

You don't want to become a candidate?

You can still help!

work to help elect

principled Constitutionally focussed third party candidates;

help pass out literature

help man polling places on election day

help by making phone calls

vote for

Principled candidates.

Constitutional

Statement of Principles

We recognize and affirm the God-given dignity of the individual and believe that the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Pennsylvania Declaration of Rights most clearly articulate this basic principle. To restore and preserve that fundamental human dignity, we proclaim:

That every individual has a paramount right to life from conception until natural death and the government shall not infringe upon that right.

That the right of citizens to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves and others shall not be questioned.

That the freedom to own, use, exchange, control, protect, and freely dispose of property and other assets is an inseparable extension of the individual's inalienable rights.

That the primary unit of society is the family (persons related by blood, marriage, or adoption) and it must be accorded all rights and responsibilities to direct care of its members, particularly in the areas of education, health care, discipline, and the upbringing of children without government interference.

That the United States of America is a sovereign nation and therefore must maintain control over its own affairs.

That guided by Divine Providence, our Founding Fathers established this nation on Isrealite-Christian principles and therefore the right to the free exercise of religious beliefs is inviolate.

That our government is one of limited, delegated powers operating as a republic within the confines of the Constitution of the United States of America. The federal government derives its authority from its sovereign citizens and it is to be their servant, not their master.
