word "Jewry" here is exactly the same Greek word Ioudaia translated
"Judaea" in verse 3 and should be "Judaea" here also. It was there, in
Judaea, that the same hostile group of Jews [kenites] we read of in chapter
1:19 sought to kill Jesus.
To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits;
to understand it, the highest of all goals.
