Pause for reflection: We all realize that much of what has been presented so far in these studies is not commonly taught by most churches, but as we discussed in our first study, it is up to each of us to check things out in His Word for ourselves.
Start by "checking out" the following scriptures which say "check things out for yourself".
1 Thes. 5:21
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.John 5:39
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.2 Tim. 2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.1 Corinthians 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them {the ancient Israelites} for ensamples, and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. To study the Bible is the noblest of all pursuits; to understand it, the highest of all goals.
We pray that with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, you accomplish both.
